I honestly couldn’t recommend Total Pest Control enough!
We rang this company after discovering a rat in our back garden. Paul arrived promptly and was absolutely lovely from the minute he arrived. He was so calm, reassuring and professional, and really put my mind at ease. He even came back just 15 minutes after leaving when the rat was caught in the trap he had laid — talk about going above and beyond!
While he was here, Paul also identified an issue with a drain/sewer in our garden which services the six houses on our block. He took the time to explain exactly what the issue was, showed me what he was referring to and clearly explained the work he recommended.
Just two days later, Paul and Marcus arrived to carry out the necessary work. Both were incredibly friendly, helpful and reassuring throughout. They did a fantastic job and were an absolute pleasure to deal with.
A massive thank you to Paul and Marcus — great lads and a brilliant service from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish. Initial visit was arranged for a convenient time followed by 2 more. Checked with us each time to ensure issue had been resolved- would recommend with no hesitation.

Jemma was so brilliant, can't thank her enough! She was so knowledgeable and understanding and took extra care for our dogs (who she was wonderful with!). She did a thorough search of around the property and made a clear plan of action. Super reassuring and made me feel so much better!

TPC sent Joe Mac to sort me out when I had an unexpected rat problem!! He was absolutely amazing. Rat issue totally sorted and future proofing advice given. Joe was fantastic and I am very grateful for his advice and support. I would totally recommend this company 😍

I found the members of staff who attended to be excellent . Particularly the most senior who was very professional, hardworking, thorough, personable and empathetic. I felt very reassured during what for me had been a very distressing situation.Feeling in safe hands I feel sure the problem has been eradicated.

Tony is amazing...what a gent and so full of knowledge! We have a reoccurring rat problem at my aunts and so have had pest control out previously, but they just tend to put poison down for a few visits and then disappear. Tony has helped guide us with how to prevent them hopefully coming back, or at least staying outside where they belong! He explained different products to help with all different problems, honestly can't thank him enough. He's also very polite, friendly, always on time and great at communicating. We had a Rat problem at my in-laws, Jack made three visits to the property and identified the vermin point of entry on the first visit! I followed his advice and by the third and final visit no more vermin in the house and they had been pushed away due to his garage and garden clearance advice.

Thankfully MIL can leave now so thanks again Jack for making this happen quickly😀

We had a rat problem in the attic. Jemma sorted it out and got rid of them thankfully. Friend and helpful service with a fast response.

We have had a problem with rodent infestation in our property. We contacted Total Pest Control via our management service. Technician Jemma, attended and laid bait. This was quickly consumed by rodents. Jemma did a return visit (several times) to assist where and when possible.
During her time, Jemma acted professionally with courtesy, sympathy and understanding.
Further works are required thanks to Jemma's advice.
We would highly recommend this company who went above and beyond to help us.

First impressions were excellent. Call handler listened and helped accordingly. Had a surveyor come out the same day. Nearly 2 months later, 3 phone calls, a text and 2 emails and there’s still no quote. I don’t understand companies that run like this. If you don’t want the business don’t come out. The surveyor seemed very pleasant, had what seemed like good solutions and had a cup of tea whilst he was here…but now I’m left with the scratching in the loft still and will have to waste my time looking for someone else with the skills to help me. I thought Total Pest Control were going to help me with the whole process but for whatever reason they haven’t.

Have worked with TPC for a number of years (who carry out a number of treatments on my rental properties) from wasps to squirrels. My usual point of contact for my area is Steve! He is so friendly and Knowledgeable and the service is always super efficient. Thanks for all your continued help.

This company are shocking.

Steve Gibbens who apparently has many years experience failed to recommend the correct treatment for our issue, this was confirmed by his own colleague.

Rather than take ownership of the issue, they pretend to always be unavailable other than to send emials are midnight!

Every other company we spoke with had suggested heat treatment of the infestation (as did one of his colleague), so no surprise it didnt work. We trused these guys as there are the so called "experts" and they totally misled us.

Please look elsewhere if you want to deal with a professional and honest company.

I had an excellent experience with Jemma the pest control technician who dealt with my rat issue.She was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. She was very thorough and careful when setting the bait showing concern for my dogs.
Jemma gave me very useful advice on prevention which I appreciated. It was clear that she genuinely cared about resolving the problem and wasn’t just going through the motions. The company is lucky to have someone who is so engaged and dedicated to doing a great job.
I used the company through Cherwell councils website. The sessions aren’t adequate to resolve the issue. Obviously the council are restricting the extent of the service.
