Where I live has.neglected has to go to.Omdbusman. i.now have a bunch of bare electric wiring dripping from long box over .my front door area I have been told by council.its a fire breech I contacted them to come around asap but they never even answered me very scared as any spark.gettung near this could start a fire now contacted the fire service to ask fire brigade what to do what.conxerns me most is the livewest attitude and. neglect

I’m over the moon!
I’m absolutely over the moon with my new kitchen. Adam Hanvey worked tirelessly in the recent heat wave, he was always on time, extremely efficient and polite with great attention to detail. Adam is a great asset to the kitchen & bathroom team at Livewest. I also want to thank Andy the electrician for his excellent job with the electrical work finally Alex Bowden for his professionalism and friendly customer care 😊

What an exceptional experience with the…
What an exceptional experience with the people doing our bathroom this week. Courteous, friendly, respectful, caring, and so much attention to detail. Especially in this awful heatwave, their work has not faltered. Our electrician, Adam and our bathroom fitter, James tallimat (I think that’s his last name), has been such an incredible worker. He’s worked sensationally hard, been so helpful and friendly and his craftsmanship is award worthy. So proud of the team and the work he’s completed. Thank you guys!

I was really looking forward to my bathroom being refurbished. I picked the colour scheme I wanted a month prior. The workman came on a Monday and commenced work. After they left I looked and to my horror it wasn't the white glitter i'd picked but cracked cement which makes my little bathroom with no window look dark. I rang up the next day and informed the office and told them that's not the colour I picked and wanted it replaced. They refused and said that I had picked that colour so their more or less calling me liar so I stopped the work progressing. If i'd had picked that colour I would have been over the moon after it's installation. It's obviously a mistake on their behalf now their covering it up. Do your job properly Gerrard Thorough from K&B refurbishments, bathrooms & kitchens, you should of put 'your glasses' on instead of my sunglasses on by mistake!

Livewest definatley need to listen to…
Livewest definitely need to listen to their tennants when they say neighbours drug use is impacting their health and enjoyment of their home. They need to be more pro active . It shouldnt take over a year of complaints and being given compensation for them to listen. The situation is still not properly resolved. After 30 years in my home im desperatley and reluctantley looking for a move. What a shame people who break the law are not dealt with properly. That includes zero pro activeness from the police. Ive had enough the sooner i move the better.

Downstairs toilet
I have recently had my downstairs toilet refurbished. Big thankyou to Sean as he made the days go without any mess upsets and was great at communication. He spent time to say hello to my very anxious dog and was very courteous . He's a great advocate to the company .
