Kitchen replacement at 24 generals close. They did a fab job, one nan took out and replaced all units and floor in his own. Worked very hard. Sparkys cane in after and worked really hard too. Lovely kitchen - thank you

Our new bathroom/toilet was, in the end, worth the years that we waited for it to be updated. The work was carried out efficiently and professionally by their Mr Paul Rose. He turned up on time every day and often put in extra time in order to finish the job. He was polite and friendly at all times. The quality of his work was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Thankyou, we really love our new bathroom!

I recently had a new kitchen fitted by Sean and Electrians were Andy and Reece .I found them all very respectful hard working and genuinely nice guys .I am so happy with my new kitchen :) the guys certainly work very hard and kept on top of the mess created

We are so happy with our new kitchen here in Devonport Plymouth. Paul is a credit to his profession, Jodie also was very cheery, pleasant and professional as was Ollie the electrician. They were always on time. Paul always cleaned up before he left. I think he went above and beyond to make sure we were very happy before he left. The extremes Paul went to, to make everything look good and have a great finish was exceptional. We highly recommend these 3 to do your kitchen refit. They were also very calm when a disgruntled delivery driver had a bit of an attitude and came in swearing and shouting because he had to walk a little way with the units with no help even though Jodie went and carried some in for him. I was going to move my car for him but had to stay in and keep our dog calm instead. All 3 of them were excellent with our dog who is anxious with new people, they made themselves known to her as soon as they came in and she was good for the rest of each day with them being here. What a fabulous team. Thank You, happy happy happy.

Livewest have been a great provider for 22 years were i have lived in one their property's.
All maintenence and repairs all done in a good time.
My housing officer Nichola Merrilion has been a breath of fresh air, plan sailing amazing people's person and one 110 percent helpful for all the time of being my housing officer.
Cannot fault in anyway.

Attempting to staircase and buy more shares of your own home with this organization is hands down the most stressful and toxic financial experience possible. What should be a straightforward step toward full ownership is transformed by them into a calculated, agonizing nightmare of artificial delays and total legal disregard.
We are now TWO FULL WEEKS in, and they haven't even accomplished the absolute bare minimum task of opening the staircasing transaction file. Zero progress. Instead, they force leaseholders into an endless, soul-crushing "one-document-at-a-time" trap. You submit Document A? They go silent, wait, and suddenly demand Document B weeks later.
Make no mistake: this is not just gross incompetence—it is rent-harvesting exploitation. By weaponizing administrative loopholes and freezing the staircasing process, they deliberately trap leaseholders in limbo just to milk every possible cent of extra monthly rent out of them before the purchase closes. It is a cynical, bad-faith strategy designed to profit off their own intentional delays.
To make this circus even more terrifying, their handling of confidential personal information is a walking legal hazard:
SHOCKING GDPR & DATA PRIVACY BREACHES: Staff blatantly demanded that highly confidential, sensitive financial records be sent via unencrypted snail-mail or brought into an open office to be copied in plain sight of unauthorized third parties. They don't just ignore the Data Protection Act—they treat your identity and security with utter contempt.
BLATANT CONSUMER VIOLATION: Taking weeks just to open a file while actively milking rent violates basic principles of fair trading, good faith, and statutory Consumer Duty standards.
This is a dangerous combination of corporate greed, procedural manipulation, and complete lawlessness.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING WITH THIS ORGANIZATION. THEY WILL TRAP YOU, EXPLOIT YOU FOR RENT, AND RISK YOUR PERSONAL DATA. Consider yourself warned.

Reply to Davids comment: Your staircasing assistant in Weston-super-Mare on 13th of July was asking to send sensitive information via simple email, post, or leave it to be copied for non-relevant people. None of the emails provided were encrypted. Then, your staircasing manager is playing ping-pong with the required documents—asking for one document one day, waiting a few days, and then asking for another one, dragging this on for two weeks. As well, Credas links must be sent in the first instance when you are trying to start the process, but it has been two weeks now.
Any other excuses from your side before I raise a formal complaint with the ICO?

I have had two live west men in my house for the last two weeks and I have to say after having Chris and Steve don’t actually want any other live west other than theses they have done an amazing job an me and my partner are over the moon with what they done after three years of battling can now finally get my house where I want it to be

Harry n Danny did a great job fitting new flooring and explained everything step by step and were polite and respectful. Great work lads.

My partners Mother rents a property in a block of flats with multiple elderly and vulnerable residents which is owned and managed by LiveWest.
The property also has someone who is dealing drugs from his flat which is causing major issues with security with the main door being broken through on multiple occasions, fire doors damaged, physical assaults to residents by drug users, and fear caused to vulnerable residents, some of whom still pay their own rent!
Drug dealer has installed his own steel high security door which LiveWest can’t gain access and his own security cameras for remote monitoring. There’s even been drug users sleeping in the communal stairwells and landings!
And what do LiveWest do, they take ages to fix doors, needed reminders from Fire Brigade of their responsibilities, refuse to fit security cameras even though other flats have them fitted and residents and Police have asked for them and appear incapable of tackling the antisocial behaviour from a drug dealer and his clients putting residents at risk of injury or worse!
We’ve spoken to Police, Council, MP’s, LiveWest and still the issues are unresolved!
LiveWest……… absolutely useless, you don’t deserve 1 star but that’s the lowest the system allows!
You put money before vulnerable elderly paying residents, what will it take to get you to take your responsibilities seriously I wonder, more assaults on vulnerable residents, or a death or two maybe? 🤬🤬🤬

I recently had a kitchen refit carried out in my home by a workman from live west, from start to finish the man who carried out the work has been extremely professional, finished the job to a high standard, and very helpful.
I would highly the man to anyone requiring work to be carried out.

The quality of my bathroom is excellent ! Thanks to will . Arron , and Tony , really pleased with it , they were a great team !
