Brilliant and Professional
The whole process , from the first inspection of the bathroom, to the choosing of the materials used . It was such a lovely thing to have after so many years of my bathroom not being good. Jim the man who installed the new bathroom was great. Very efficient , kind and thoughtful. He went above and beyond to make sure it was completed on time and very respectful and a true act of professionalism. Thank you everyone involved, you have made my life so much better than it was. Very grateful indeed x

I visit my daughter several times every…
I visit my daughter several times every week each time I turn into the car park I am having to remove wast bins left out all week .If I hit one and damage my car I will claim off live west as they are not enforcing the rule of keeping bins in the gardens

From the beginning of choosing colours everything was done with care and respect.
Collin Bishop was a magician, he turned my worn out ugly kitchen into something of beauty. His attention to detail was exceptional and he was very considerate and kind towards my disability.

I feel like I've won the lottery
I feel like I've won the lottery as I've been told I was getting a new kitchen .It's been a journey of brilliant expertise from design to fitting .I cannot fault any of the team . They said it would get done and on time it did get done ! I really would like to thank the main kitchen fitter Colin for his professional approach and craft manship and giving me the perfect Kitchen Thank you ! Mike was AMAZING!
Mike was AMAZING fitting my new bathroom, everything he did was to the highest standards possible, not one thing I can say I was disappointed with, I left Monday and came home Thursday to a brand new bathroom, home was super clean and tidy. Very attentive kept me upto date on progress. Also he was a really lovely guy, he worked hard all week. Thank you Mike.

Dont know where to start here
This company is a disaster, ive lived in a livewest flat for 12 years in weston-"super"-mare, and EVERY day for 12 years straight my flat stunk of cannabis due to my neighbour downstairs being a stonor and drug dealer, it got so bad it was making me feel sick, and after at least 5 complaints to livewest they continued to do NOTHING about the problem, ive also had my bike stolen twice by my neighbour downstairs thats also been in prison twice for over a year a time for theft, drugs and driving without a licence.
I am a chronic anxiety sufferer and yet this company still did nothing, getting out of this flat was the best thing i ever did, ive bought my own house now so good riddance.
Ive lived in HELL for 12 years, it even got to the point that in the end the doors were slamming all night, and very loud music until at least 4am in the morning, there was constant drugs and his flat was used as a drug dealing drop off point, livewest have not helped me in any way whatsoever to sort this problem, instead they told me to "move out" i know right!
And to top everything off, at least 5 of my neighbours were either dealing drugs or stealing things from other peoples gardens, yet again livewest dont seem to understand the concept of a tenency agreement.
Please stay away from this company, you have been warned

The workmanship was first class
The service i recieved from the workmen who fitted my new kitchen was friendly, polite. Tidy up behind their selves everytime they finished for the day. The workmanship was first class.

Repair to guttering
Firstly at last the guttering has been repaired today,21/04/2026 after coming down on the 20/01/2026,over 12 weeks to get it done. For me that is not acceptable. The customer service team have been great trying to sort this out,but every time they tried getting hold of the roofing team there was no answer every time they tried the office.
