This company is a complete sham advertising they are London based with AI photos. I bought a suede coat that looked nothing like the picture, it took ages to arrive & then looking at returns policy they are based in china & you have to pay shipping back ……. I’m an idiot!

This is NOT a genuine company. The clothing is cheap and shipped from China. Items received are not those which are advertised and sold.
Absolute scam.

Appalling quality. Advertised as a suede Coat. It is not suede, it is thin and lifeless. There is no lining, no label on it and squashed in a small bag. They are not a London Shop it comes from China. Do not order from this company.

I am so angry with myself for not checking trust pilot BEFORE ordering. I thought i had done due diligence checking reviews on site but they are obviously fake. This is not a uk company ..its based in china so returns are impossible. The jacket i bought was actually not bad quality but i was sent a jacket about 3 sizes too small .... avoid like the plague and AWAYS CHECK TRUSTPILOT before you buy 😪

Not only did they send the wrong size they also sent the wrong colour and will not honour their '30 day money back guarantee'. Apparently after the complaint was raised, they decided that the items I purchased were 'discontinued' and were not suitable for any refund. They are an absolute disgrace and must not be trusted!

The item ordered was not as described, not the material described.
Very expensive for the item received.
Returns are expensive so is there a point.
Bad company

I wish I saw these before ordering. I ordered on 4th January and I am still waiting. On checking my tracking it has been 'on its way' for weeks. But I guess from other reviews if they are shipping from.china that explains it and probably explain why I have never received a response to any of my emails when I queried where they are based. I already know when I eventually get my parcel the quality will be dire and will only be good to throw on the fire. 😡

I wish I'd seen these reviews before purchase as agree 100% . This company and the blurb they put out is an absolute scam . Cheap crap and impossible returns policy. My fault as fell for it but say very clearly. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT QUALITY GENUINE ITEMS.

Ordered what was advertised as “quality leather and suede orthopaedic cowboy boots photos showing high quality leather boots with 280 degree Goodyear welt and a wooden heel block. What arrived 3 weeks later were a cheap and nasty plastic pair of boots that were neither orthopaedic, size 7 or wide fit (as also advertised). Tried to explain my consumer rights to “James” who has consistently conducted himself as an arrogant, self righteous conman. Avoid this company like the plague. Worst customer service ever. Products are worse than Temu and twice as expensive. Sheer crap and run by wankers.

Avoid this company at all cost. It is a scam. Everything is fake about it, the website, the products. They make you believe it is a reputable UK company. It is not! They advertise good quality products and three weeks later you receive a parcel with garbage from China. They respond when you first complain and they appear to want to solve your issue but that is just for show. They have got your money and they are not going to give it back to you. The option they give you is to send the item back to China and you pay the postage or they offer you a 30% discount on your next purchase which without doubt would be more worthless rubbish.

PS. Just want to let you know that I reported this to my credit card company, and lo and behold, the money has been refunded! 😊👍

Boots arrived after a long wait from China. Website states London with co.uk. address. Rubbish product. Do not use this company.

They say premium free shipping there’s the clue Chinese rubbish we received items 3 weeks after placing order only to find out it’s a crap product, to send it back you have to pay return postage to China. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THEM

Product arrived, from China! Very poor quality and If I'd known it wasn't a genuine UK company I would never have ordered. Been emailing every day to try and return but unsurprisingly no response. Paid £69 for what I assumed was a good product in a good sale. Going free to a good home now! Utter scam!

The delivery of the order (ladies boots) took more than a fortnight. It turns out the order was shipped from China! No notice of this at point of order. The boots arrived in a skimpy grey plastic bag. They were lighter than a pair of slippers. The soles were 2cm thick of cheap rubber and the uppers were thin imitation leather. Dreadful. Not fit for human use.

I believe that this is a scam company based in China with all reviews on site fake.
The item I bought was nothing like what was described on the website and I was sent a cheap poor quality imitation.
The initial email response was good asking for pictures etc and then didn’t bother to reply. After sending an email for how to return I received the option of sending it back to China, at my cost or keep it and get 30% off next purchase.
Avoid this company at all costs.
