Total Scam clothes were nothing like pictures. Material was cheap and sizing was way too small. When I tried to return them I had to pay for postage and insurance. They got lost in China somewhere so I didn’t get any money refunded and I lost the cost of insertion Dpd with no compensation but that’s another story. Do not use this site!

Where to start !!! in January i order a coat advertised as a leather Jacket with fur collar...I eventually received a plastic/polyester jacket with fluff! on the collar ... after numerous emails with this company they forwarded an address in china for the goods to be returned for a full refund I sent it recorded delivery...Today 22nd June 2026 the said item has been returned to myself...! I highly recomend that you do NOT purchase from this company as it is a total scam...i would like to atatch all previous emails between myself and this company as I would hate this to happen to anyone else £75.99 for the immiation jacket and £40 postage..only to have it returned.I have also been blocked from sending any further emails to this company. Trust pilot would not allow me to leave a review without putting at least 1 star sadly they do not offer a minus star rating. I do not understand how this company is allowed to carry on trading surely i cannot be there only victim.

My dress arrived after a long time, very cheap fabric, poorly made, sizing very small, tried to return would have to sent back to China which would have cost£30 , they offered after a lot of emails £8.99 and keep the dress which cost £29.99 , if i ever get the £8.99 I will be surprised the dress in going to the charity,,, do NOT buy from this company

Absolute rip off! £59.99 for a coat not as advertised. An extra £23.50 to return it to China. The parcel came back as did not get through customs. One srar is generous! Due to the time taken I cannot claim anything back.

I ordered a jumpsuit material rubbish the sizing isn’t as they say .. emailed 3 times no response . Waste of money and time do not buy from them . You will be disappointed

Worst company ever to deal with total SH!! show dress was not what I ordered a rag of a dress arrived nit what I ordered total disregard to customers biggest con artist .poor quality you would combust in the material of the dress .Don't order anything from them massive SCAM .

I am totally disgusted with the customer service from yourselves.
I purchased a dress which when arrived did not fit.
I asked multiple times for a return address which would not be given.
I was then offered a partial refund of 50%. which i declined as wanted to return. But still no return address given.
So in the end i accepted the 50% refund. i am still now waiting for the refund. After a couple of emails to see where my refund was i now get no reply.
Where is my refund?

Not even 1star. The clothes that come aren’t as advertised - avoid avoid avoid. They don’t refund you and ignore emails. Scam company should be taken off internet. Chinese crap

It was advertised as linen but got very cheap polyester quality awfully stitched dresses.
Tried to return but very unreceptive to that. After several e mails they said I will have to bear the cost to return it to China which is about 30-40£!!
But then offered 30% refund but no communication since then.
They should be reported for fraud because that’s what they are.

I placed my order weeks ago and still haven't received it, a denim all in one, every time I try to check my order the website states it is being updated.....it has been like that for weeks. I am so annoyed with myself as I didn't check trust pilot first 😤. How can tiktok allow this......I will think twice before I order anything else. Please be aware of this company.

Avoid at all cost. I received the dress after a few weeks. The dress is poor quality and the material is horrible. I wanted to return the dress but they said it would cost me £30/£40 to return bscl to China. They kept asking me if I wanted a voucher for their shop. I declined as I wanted to return and a refund. They ended up giving me 30% refund and I keep the shocking dress. All I wanted to do was return it. AVOID at all cost. This company is shocking.

I really wanted to give it NO STARS. WHAT A Load OF RUBBISH my outfit IS. Came late. Absolutely NOTHING like described. POOR material. I want my money back but APPARENTLY the website it down. If anyone can advise please. DO NOT TOUCH THIS SITE.

This is a SCAM company, DO NOT BUY from them.
Items are shipped from China and arrive in poor quality, unlike the pictures. Shipping takes 3+ weeks despite delivery method saying its via Royal Mail.
Customers service is likely an AI bot.
They refuse returns and refund and offer discounts on further items. If you paid by credit card, please dispute transaction with your bank, as this is the most effective way of getting refund. My bank refunded me within hours. Please provide email comms to the bank. Good luck!!!

Waited weeks for delivery of a soft leather Tote approx. £40, and when opened it, there is no way that it’s as big as the dimensions stated on the advert, and I don’t think it’s leather! I would not have ordered it if I knew it would be smaller and not leather. I just wish I’d read these reviews before trusting and ordering. AVOID!

Order loungewear suit.
Took 3 weeks to come nothing like pictures poor material and on closer inspection there are seams on both side so unable to wear if I wanted to because don't know what's in or out !

Avoid these scammers like the plague.
My order took a month to arrive (from China, not London). It is the cheapest quality and looks absolutely nothing like the photo.
The contact page doesn’t load and there is no way of contacting the company to organise a refund.
Do not waste your money!

Do not trust this company, who has now changed their name to Emma and John London - and put a picture of two people in a london shop to make you think like this is a legitimate company in the UK. It's not, my goods took ages to come - shipped internationally and when I asked for an address to return the items they refused to give me a return address. Wish I'd looked at these reviews first.!!! DO NOT USE!

I have placed an order and paid for more than month the items still not received. Requested a refund but no reply. Shall I report this to the police so that this online selling will be stopped as I have read on the review they have so many victims already. I strongly ask for a refund but no response.
