I just looked up this company and have come across this review . As mother has purchased a top and compared to the original picture of the so called website she showed me looked completely different and cheap materials used. Asked her where she found site. Answer Facebook. 😆 🤣 we are all laughing at the quality , hopefully refund when returned. But be careful peeps . Dont make a massive order . Luckily only a £20 item 😉

I’m usually cautious about buying anything advertised on social media. This time I had thought I’d check the reviews but obviously if I had they were fake. The site I purchased off was Emma and John London, which appears to be the same company. The item I bought was very cheap material, dreadful fit but there is no real way to return it as it looks like it came from China and you have to pay postage and customs fees so not worth trying to return.

Just like other people who have posted negative comments which I had not read until now, I ordered a dress a few weeks ago from this upmarket sounding company. When it arrived it was a very cheap looking version of the advertised dress and was ankle length rather than mid calf length. Emailed them and was told that I had to return it to Asia and pay the postal charges myself yet it clearly says on their website that returns within 30 days are guaranteed money back. An operation fronted by two pleasant looking, well dressed people (obviously not wearing their own products) in what looks like a Cotswolds village scene!

If I could select a minus score for this “so called” company I would!! I ordered a suede jacket, however the quality is shocking and the jacket does not resemble the image online. I have emailed twice and submitted a return enquiry to return the jacket but I have not received a response. I also believe the photo of “James and Emma” is an AI image!!!

The dress I’ve got looks nothing like what’s on the model never got my money back made it very awkward. Absolute disgusted in the end. I gave up the dress looks like a rag. Please do not get this stress please don’t be scammed like I was.

Wish I'd read Trustpilot before purchasing, what a load of rubbish, do not buy! Says 30 day return promise, still waiting for refund.

Like others have said this is a scam. Only gave one star here because there was no option to give no stars. The dress took weeks to arrive. Its nothing like advertised. Cheap and nasty. There are no care labels in the dress which is probably against trading standards. Do not buy from this company.

As others have said before me, this is a cheap Chinese industry masquerading as a high end London boutique.
Cheap goods not as advertised in style fabic or looks.
Do not be taken in.

Thief’s!! Took my money and didn’t send item and ignored every email.

My goodness, why oh why, didn’t I read the reviews first? 3 weeks since I ordered, I’ve e mailed at least 10 times, no reply, no phone number to call. Looked genuine. I’m a basic state pensioner and cannot afford to lose this money. Something should be done about sites like this. Disgraceful. I had to give one star, unfortunately there are no minus stars.

Absolutely tat, not only did they send the wrong size the quality is absolutely disgusting.Ordered on 2nd Feb arrived 11th of March More fool me for not checking reviews beforehand. Nothing but con merchants, will cost an arm and a leg to return so it’s gone to the charity shop. With all the bad reviews how come they are still able to advertise this so called company. BEWARE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Do not order from this site - I ordered 4 things of which 3 arrived after almost 4 weeks. The items were poor quality and not the same as the pictures. The other item never received. I have had no response from customer services on returns or missing items. Very frustrating and verging on fraudulent in my book

Ordered a ‘suede’ coat, when it arrived the quality is really poor and nothing like the coat’s advertised, have mailed/msg’d 4 times now and had zero response!!!

Thought this company was from London l ordered boots they were cheap and nasty they came from China sent them back cost 18 pounds to send to China ( rip off ) not received refund yet as they have to arrive in China before money refunded

The same as all the other reviews - I paid over £50 for a “suede” coat, which was nothing like the picture, just thin unlined material. Took to the post office to return, only to find the cheapest cost that o China was £23.00. Please do not order from this company - they are criminals selling products nothing like the description in their adverts.

I bought a dress from this company. When it arrived the fabric was shoddy and the stitching and finishing appalling quality.
In the absence of any instructions in the parcel I returned it to the UK address shown on the parcel and emailed the company to advise I requested a refund. Several days later I received a message with details of their refunds policy which involved sending the returned item to China. I provided confirmation that the item had been returned to their address in Cannock but they are refusing a refund on the basis I did not follow their instructions which they had not sent me!

Agree with other reviews, the dress I ordered was not as advertised, completely different fabric to the advert. Returns are possible but need to be returned to China at your own cost. I also wish I’d checked the reviews first before buying ☹️

Wow. Incredibly poor quality and service. 'Suede' coat for 59 quid- could have had better quality from shein for 15 quid.not as pictured. AI generated pictures. Delivery took over 3 weeks. Nothing positive to say. It's a scam

I have made a massive mistake buying from this company, I ordered a leather tote bag which arrived after 3 weeks. It looked completely different to what was advertised, certainly not leather. Cheap and nasty. Buyers beware

Absolutely disgraceful company. Items not as described - cheap and nasty products delivered. Complete scam! Do not risk them I did and regret it and so does my bank balance!
