This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a dress and a sweater, but what arrived was completely different—no labels, no branding, and extremely poor quality. It looked nothing like what was advertised.

I contacted them for a refund, but instead of resolving the issue, they tried to offer me a different item and expected me to pay for return shipping. Completely unacceptable.

Very disappointing experience overall. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Please please avoid to buy anything from them. I am going to try to have a look how is legally possible to get money back.
Was waiting for my order more than 3 weeks and when i opened the package it was disgustingly awful material, no label, basically you can put it straight to the bin.
They refuse to give money back.

Please if anyone has more power on social media or wherever make people aware about fraud company who is stealing money from people

FRAUD Warning
Cancelled my bank cards after dealing with company. No product arrived. Redirected to site to rearrange delivery requesting more money.
Received warning the site was highly likely to be fraudulent.

Stupidly read reviews afterwards like many others.

Will not be buying anything that is advertised on Facebook in the future without independent verification first.

First please do not buy anything from this company as you will be wasting your money. I bought as advertised a "Linen Blouse". When my order arrived it was not linen but Polyester and Spandex, the cheapest material which was nothing like what they were advertising. To cut a very long story short. After numerous email, they will not give a refund but continued to offer now, 70% off any future purchases. I do not want to purchase anything more from this company. They are False Advertising but I cannot seem to get this through to them that what they are doing is illegal. Please don't buy from this company.

They’ve put London behind their name to make people think that they’re a legitimate company. Item was not as described and quality extremely poor. Order item on 31 March and didn’t receive it until 21 April after numerous emails to find out when I would receive it This company is scamming people. Absolutely disgusting. Is there no way to take down this company. DO NOT purchase anything from this company. Wished I’d checked Trustpilot firs

I ordered a dress which took over two weeks to arrive. The quality is poor and I should have read it but the return policy is to ship at your own expense back to China (which will cost me more than the dress)
Don’t be fooled by the name of London in the title, it’s not local!

A huge mistake on my part!!!! It all looks legit on paper and I would normally check online shops out before making a purchase. I didn´t in this case, I paid for a beautiful Linen blouse, I received was a horrible polyester copy. Facebook are still allowing this way of scamming people out of their money by letting these people advertise on their page. I won´t be making that mistake again.

Ordered a beige leather handbag and despite 2 emails saying order processing and then processed successfully I then got an email to say my colour wasn't available and offered a black or brown. I declined and asked for a refund. 2 further emails saying as my order processed successfully it was easier to send a black or brown. I again asked for a refund. There service is disgraceful

Avoid this company at all costs. I purchased two tops which I understood to be linen and when they arrived they were cheap polyester. I returned them immediately (signed for on 10/4) and despite getting notified they had been received am still waiting for my refund. They have ignored my email so I have had to contact my bank to try and get my £50.92 refunded.

Terrible quality with no customer service and nothing like the website. Impossible to return and no communication, the link for the return website/form doesn’t even work! Lesson learnt luckily only £30 out of pocket for this.

If I could give a zero star rating I would. Don’t waste your money ordering anything from this site. The linen outfit I ordered arrived after 10 days and was 100% polyester and was absolutely vile. It bore no resemblance at all to what was advertised. Have been back and to with emails saying I want to return it for a full refund. Company is clearly a scam site and have no intention of making it easy to rerun an item for a refund. Plus you have to pay the shipping cost and taxes back to China ! Avoid this company at all costs

False advertising. Appalling quality and after sales service. Ordered a two piece trouser and top set. Described as liken & cotton. After 6 week delivery wait I received a shockingly poor 100% polyester sack like top and pyjama bottoms.
Asked for refund but 9 emails later no refund offered!

Agree with all comms made. If I could give zero I would. Ordered a jump suit coding £35. Product looks nothing like it did online when it arrived. Cheap quality, awful. Been trying to get my money back for 2 weeks despite saying full refund. I think I’ll just have to mark it up to experience but DON’T purchase anything from this website.

I ordered a medium and a large blouse, but was sent 2 mediums which are too small. I have emailed several times asking for a refund as they are too small and the quality of the fabric is very poor. They just keep replying asking me say what's wrong with my order, they have no intention of telling me how to return the items. I literally feel like I have been robbed by thus company. DO NOT ORDER from them!

Do not buy anything from this company. It is a scam. That show you lovely products and when they arrive they are dreadful Chinese copies of dreadful quality and it is impossible to get a refund. Awful experience. Also same products being sold by similar companies with London in the name. Truly dreadful.

Is there an option for no stars? As with the other reviews, this has been a deeply negative experience. The dress that arrived from "Emma John London", presumeably also known as "James Emma London " bears very little resemblance to the photograph I ordered from, on Instagram and “Emma” says that it is a close match to the catalogue photograph. The photo shows an elegant dress of midi length with a gathered waist and buttons down the bodice . The actual dress is a sack shape, floor length with no buttons and no gathered waist., and made out of a shiny, heavy fabric.Yes, I have to agree that they are both dresses, but there the resemblance stops. The most I can hope for is a refund after I have paid the postage back to China. And yes, the postage will come to about the same cost as the dress. The apologies and justifications from the vendor would be amusing if they weren’t so deeply annoying, and if the premise of this establishment wasn’t to dupe buyers.
