I made an order in April - the goods were delivered but they were the wrong size - i asked to return the goods and was told it would cost me more than the value of the goods- i agreed to not return the goods but have a percentage of the value returned- as of today 5 months later - still nothing . The whole company is a con and I advise everyone to stay clear of them .

My order did not arrive within the delivery timeframe stated at checkout. When it finally arrived; two days after the event I had purchased it for, the dress was completely different from what had been advertised. The pattern and material did not match either the product images or the description.

Following the company's returns policy, I contacted them within the specified timeframe to request the returns address. Despite sending requests from two different email addresses, both enquiries have been ignored, and no return information has been provided.

This company was quick to take my payment but failed to deliver the product on time, and their customer service has been non-existent when I tried to resolve the issue. I am now out of pocket and left with an item I would never have purchased had it been accurately described and represented.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

I’m extremely disappointed with the quality and service. The shoes are terrible quality and arrived in different sizes. They are supposed to be orthopedic, but by the end of the day they smell strongly of glue, which is unacceptable.
There is no proper option to get a full refund, and I can’t even send the shoes back. I feel completely let down and disgusted by the whole experience. I hope other people don’t go through what I did or waste their money on these shoes, because it seems almost impossible to get anything back from the company.

Terrible quality, long delivery time. When I tried to return the item they merely offered a partial refund. When I accepted that resolution all went quiet and no money appeared. Scam Chinese company. Do not use them

I don’t want to give them a 1 star tbh. Absolute sham of a company. Goods finally arrived and don’t fit, yet no returns policy and no response to numerous emails. Please do not give this company your money.

Do not order from this company. Sent the item and initially responded to emails to return and then completely stop responding!! Two months later and still no reply....avoid!

Been trying to get hold of this company for weeks now to return my item!!! It’s disgusting having to go through my bank now.

Brought a set and is nothing like what I had order - slits the sleeves and material smelt like fish! And also see through.

Emailed them and they came back with an offer of 1/4 of a refund if I sent the item back! Don’t even have the address to send it back to and no way of getting it as they haven’t replied either! And the refund was in completely different currency!!! So so sad and such a waste of my time and money

Non stop email updates about my order and when it would arrive. Funnily enough the communication stopped when I emailed to ask about returning the shoddy item I received and their website is now being ‘updated’. I’ll take the legal route now.

I checked them out beforehand and all looked good -
I even looked here on Trustpilot, but couldn't find any reviews, let alone bad ones. Ordered 2 x trouser suits which were advertised as 'lightweight, linen, breathable material'! They took over 3.5 weeks to arrive, from China, and when they finally did, wow, was the material awful?! It was 95% polyester, felt & looked like parachute material - definitely not fit for purpose!
As everyone else on here says, I was initially offered a discount to order more items, then after more emails, was offered a 30% refund - I said I would settle for 50% refund which they agreed to, but funnily enough, that hasn't come through and now not replying to my emails!
Avoid at all costs

This is a complete scam of a website, the items come from China and the delivery leadtime is not what it says on the website. I have sent quite a few emails asking for a refund and have been told that I can have a discount on next purchase. WAFL I wouldn't want to buy anything again from this company. The item was nothing like the picture and the materials and quality were cheap and nasty. They have told me that it will cost between £30-40 to return an item of the same value. Do not buy from this website, I am currently reporting this to everyone, trying to get a refund which is highly unlikely, don't do it this is the worst for everything.

Bought an item of clothing . Received an email stating they no longer had it in stock and they would issue a refund ! Despite numerous emails over weeks to the company they have remained unanswered and I have not received my refund . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!

Ordered a bag described as 'genuine leather' in a Claret colour, 5 weeks later I received a black plastic bag of poor quality and it smelled like fish.
I emailed the same day to ask for a refund and since then have exchanged several emails with 'Sameer' who has ignored all my quotes from Gov.UK about consumer rights and offered me partial refunds, discounts on further purchases etc. Interestingly their website is now 'undergoing maintenance' and cant be accessed. I have escalated my complaint to Citizens Advice.

But yeah - a scam. Don't bother with them

Just one big SCAM! They take your money, send you rubbish goods- in my case no money and no goods!!!! Just be Careful who you buy from!!!! SPECIALLY IF YOU USE ONLINE STORE!!! This one is SCAM.

I complained about the shoes looking and smelling plastic, after numerous emails back and forth they agreed to refund 70% and I could keep the shoes, although I could return them at £10 cost to myself.

I’ve have sent an email everyday for the last 6 days and have been ignored, although they agreed to refunding me 70% as their best offer, no monies have been sent back to me

I wouldnt even give them 1 star.Just had my parcel delivered.I ordered the Claire outfit in navy.Absolutley nothing like the picture.All i can describe the material as like waterproof trouser material.Dreadful.Guess what.Cant email either to ask for refund.Keeps saying no email address found.So straight in the bin it goes.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE UNLESS YOU LIKE THROWING MONEY AWAY.

I ordered a dress it looked lovely when it arrived it was awful quality,
Wanted to send it back because it stated 30 day money back guarantee
I emailed them to say I was sending it back to the London address on the parcel I received a email back saying I had to send it to Asia and I would have to pay the shipping costs, so they said i could keep the dress and have 20% money back that was in April still not had money refunded and left with a dress no one wants ,Do not ordered from here .

Please do not buy from here. You will receive tat and not get a refund.

When you ask for a refund mhutab will try to ask you to order another item and you will have pay shipping. Then you will be offered 30% off and the next email will be 50% off and then the next email will be 30% as they forgot they offered you 30%.

I now intend to skate them anyway I can I’m stuck with cheap tat. I think I’ll try trading standards.
