Funny how it said that deliveries won’t be impacted by brexit under FAQs . Clearly states won’t be impacted by brexit cause they have taken measures to ensure.

Waiting 3 weeks now for my order. I thought they had gotten their s**t together since Brexit but it's clear nothing has changed. I suggest supporting your local health shops, even if they are a little more expensive. Don't let the .ie fool you.

Waiting weeks now said was out for delivery one day last week still no sign

First time customer. I did not receive an email to say order was confirmed but the money was still taken out of my account. As I could access information directly on my account I assumed this was an error but ETA on account says delivery should be 19th to 24th August however it's still not arrived a week later with no update on tracking on account.

Also when I click to Download the Missing Order Form I just get an Error 404, not found message.

I am beyond frustrated. This is my first order with MyProtein and I am not impressed. Wish I'd checked reviews here first. Seems things have really gone downhill. Can't see myself ordering from here again I wanted to warn others!

I have been using their service for a few years now, it was great but has gone to the dogs completely:

Two orders made one on the 5th and the other on the 11th of August costing over €170 , the one ordered on the the 5th is still processing in my account the other for the 11th says completed, contacted my protein and was advised that customs were no longer accepting dairy products over 5KG and that as soon as the order was returned they would refund, week or two later no refund contacted them again, was then told the issue was resolved with customs and should get the delivery another week contacted again as no sign of the delivery I was told it was an issue with the courier company and to wait 72 hours, 72 hours plus !!! still no sign of the delivery was on the live chat no help at all could tell they had no clue what was going on with the orders, tried ringing their head office to get a machine they are all working from home because of the pandemic to contact through the chat, their service has gone to the dogs, the fact they wont even refund is absolute joke, stay clear , cannot recommend anymore buy local €170 out of pocket its robbery and no one to answer for it!!!

It used to be way better. Now it's BAD.
Now my packet is stuck wit customs for over 2 weeks.
When you message myprotein.ie, you really feel that you are at the very bottom of their priority list.
Pity, I enjoyed some of their products, but if the service is not reliable, it's not worth it.

And from what I'm reading other reviews, I better just call my card company to get the money back as people more and more often don't get their orders and are denied refunds.

I would give no stars if I could. Terrible customer service I made an order a month ago and made contact and they told me due to custom inspections it was late but I would receive it by the end of that week (2 weeks ago) and it never arrived so I made contact again and there was another issue now with the courier who is apparently investigating it since last week which they said they’d get back to me within 24-48 hours and I’ve heard nothing nearly a week later. They won’t give me a refund either which is Unacceptable. I do not recommend this website to anyone unless you just want to lose money.

Ordered off my protein 3 weeks ago and paid for delivery which stated it would be 3 to 5 days. Made contact on the online chat to be told they have up to 21 days for delivery which I find ridiculous as I paid for delivery that said 3 to 5 days. Was told to come back in 21 days if not delivered and they will look into it . A complete joke of "customer service " hearing a lot of stories very similar to my experience and will never be ordering from here again.

5 weeks and still no sign of delivery. Contacted via email and the reply was there is a delay it will be out for delivery soon. Honestly used to be great service but I think I'll pay the extra for quality goods and service from different companies.

I have been waiting over three weeks for a delivery that I was told would be 4 days. Even if they're running into Brexit issues, they could at least stop lying about shipping times.

Extremely slow delivery and bad customer service. No response to phone calls or emails. It used to be so good with high quality products, next day deliveries, and freebies. Also, the quality of their products dropped down significantly. Their products give me upset stomach and stomach problems.

After over 2 months waiting for an order I was told "will arrive in the next 48 hours" every few days, I was told that the order has been cancelled. I ordered another delivery which thank the lord I got but only after a 6 week wait.... I wasn't even notified that I received the order as I didn't know, turns out it was just thrown to the side of my driveway, near a car I haven't moved in a while so I never saw it 🤷‍♂️ on the day it was supposedly delivered I was at the house so no clue why they wouldn't ring the bell....

I placed an order with the company, they sent me some of the order. When I emailed about this I was told the rest was out of stock and would be shipped soon. After multiple emails over the course of a month and half I was sent an email saying it was shipped. When it didn’t arrive over a week later I decided to track the order only to find the tracking number doesn’t exist. When email about this I was told to wait 21 days before emailing them about my order and that maybe the tracking never updated their system. I’ve completely lost patience and trust in the from this fiasco and will be purchasing elsewhere in future and I suggest you do the same.

Just moved back to Ireland and this is the first time I’ve ordered from myProtein post-Brexit. What an absolute disaster. First order got lost, the replacement was ‘apparently’ delivered nearly two weeks later and the delivery company used were shambolic. They claimed to have delivered the item but it never appeared.

I’ve been ordering from myProtein for years whilst living in Ireland and then the UK. It’s clear they now can’t operate a service delivering to Ireland anymore, presumably because of Brexit. I’ll be shopping local or from the EU in the future. Very disappointed.

Worst delivery timelines.

I have been waiting 6 weeks for my order to Ireland. Had to cancel one a few weeks ago, and got no refund still. Placed a new order 2 weeks ago, and still no sign of coming. They say it will come by tomorrow for definite, but this is promise after promise- no sign yet. Terrible service and shocking delivery to Ireland. They claim on website that logistics are good for delivery to Ireland and should only take 7-10 days. Just ridiculous that they can take my money knowing they can’t fufil order. Like to be waiting 6 weeks for order is just not acceptable and the lack of customer service is appalling.

DO NOT BUY FROM MYPROTEIN!!!! Used to be a superb delivery service now I'm waiting 2 weeks past expected delivery date and getting no response from the company. I literally didn't believe these reviews until I ordered myself.. it's shocking the way customers are treated

Terrible service. Extremely slow delivery. Customer service is appalling. The worst thing is they just expect the customer to wait indefinitely. They even go as far as to make the only way of contacting them is via their webpage chat function. No email address or phone number to contact them. I will never use their product or services again. They went from being a good company to being the worst possible. Stay away from them at all costs.

If I could give less than one star I would. I put my order through on the 23rd of July, one month ago, and still have not received it nor will they give me my money back. Have contacted them twice for an update and after asking for my details for a second time have still not told me where my package is or when I can expect to receive it. Won't be wasting my time with them again.
