Appalling service. Chose drop2shop delivery as it stated it would be two days for delivery. No sign of package. Contacted my protein advised they would replace took 4 days to reorder items and again delayed dispatch. Would only send to drop2shop as first order was by this. Yet again parcel lost and I have requested a refund but want me to wait two more days. Appalling service and the couriers when contacted can not advise of where parcel is. Never again will I order from them

I’ve been a regular MyProtein customer, but this has been an extremely disappointing experience.

I waited around 2 weeks for my order, contacted customer service multiple times to try to get it delivered, and after all that, the wrong item was delivered.

I’m now being asked to return the incorrect item and wait another 2 or more weeks for the correct product.

So after waiting weeks, chasing the order repeatedly, and receiving the wrong product, the proposed solution is essentially for me to start the waiting process all over again.

I understand mistakes happen, but the way this has been handled is unacceptable. The level of service from MyProtein has deteriorated significantly compared with my previous experiences as a regular customer.

Very disappointed.

Brutal customer service. Waited ages for delivery (I knew that from other times I’d purchased). But the kicker has been the appalling customer support I’ve experienced after my recent purchase tasted utterly terrible. The chat is pointless, unable to get through to anyone to deal with my issue, keep getting replies for more information which I supply but then nothing! Will never purchase from them again

Not surprising to see so many 1 star reviews.

They sent me protein bars with a 2 week expiry.

Then I cancelled an order after that. It said cancelled. A few days later they charged me and told me they couldn't do anything to cancel it.

Unfathomable how there hasn't been a lawsuit against this company in Ireland.

Avoid at all costs.

I've bought from here before and the orders came but took their time. The items were always good quality.
I ordered again recently and it gave a suggested delivery date of 11 days. This can't be an Irish company. The items are in stock , so why does it take so long, are they in stock in the Netherlands? It took a day to process the order and when ordering there is no indication of the delivery date. You just think an Irish company with items in stock could get them to you in 3-4 days.

I’m extremely disappointed with this service I placed a return on the 9th of January 2026 and I still haven’t received my refund. When I track my return it tells me that my return has been with the retailer since the 22nd of January. On the My Protein website it says that you should receive your refund within 3-5 working days after they receive the package. It has been way longer than 3-5 working days and there is still no sign of my refund. I have been trying to contact them about this and I am getting no where. I’m extremely disappointed and hope that I get my refund and that I’m compensated for the amount of time I have been waiting.

Is MyProtein a real company????
Tried yo complete a purchase, 4 times and came up the same error message
Even using two different account via two different cards app failed 4 times, customer service came with the traditional weak excuses "very sorry dor that" they don't come with a single solution

kept telling me that there was a problem with my payment. cards not working even though i input the correct details with funds in the accounts.

Ordered 3 months ago, waited 4 weeks for delivery order was worth 75 euro, gave one more chance ordered 40 euro worth of stuff one weeks ago and now won’t get the order until I pay customs, I contacted and they said it’s up to me to pay even though it is and Myprotein.IE you would expect to not pay Customs, my first order was bigger and didn’t have to pay. Customer service is appalling no help whatsoever. Wouldn’t recommend this site to anyone it is not transparent about customs and makes customers think it is an Irish site when it’s not.

Was so surprised to read all the negative reviews, I ordered and received no bother, dispatch was a little slow but was very happy with my items, they even sent a second free bottle which is useful. A bit hesitant to order again due to all the negative reviews, which is unfortunate because I really like their products

Ordered two weeks ago and still have no received order, when I contacted them they did not provide much help, just said to wait.

Avoid at all costs. Paid for order, now order has vanished online, and still nothing being done about it 4 days later. They have given me no explanation and still haven't resolved anything

Received an email offering 25% discount off all products. Prices showed discount on product pages so placed an order and didn't realise until after I checked out that the discount hadn't been applied. Contacted customer service who requested proof, which I sent via screen shots of both email and website. I am now 2 months and 12 messages in and still no resolution. Apsolutely appauling customer service. To add insult to injury, I have just received another email offering me 20% discount.

Prices are great but delivery is too slow, Ive order off them alot but wont anymore due to the delivery times

Second order in a row that the order has gone missing. Really poor customer service. I will go back to Bulk.

Good products, and fast customer service, small issue with a bag damaged in transit, customer service had it sorted in 48hrs, great company and products, highly recommended.

Took 9 days to deliver my stuff. Something wrong with their processes if this is the case. Won't be ordering from them again.

Don't waste your time. This is not an Irish company. It took 10 days before they even prepped the order for courier. They use Fastway in Ireland, Ireland's worst courier. Still waiting, almost two weeks later.

Problems with delivery taking way too long due to incompetent Fastway couriers that MyProtein use because they are the cheapest; but also the worst. Won’t get my order again today. Next week will be the third week I am waiting. They refuse to take the order back. Terrible customer service
