Thought this company was based in Ireland. It's not. 10 days waiting on an order. No update to tracking. Online chat is just as bad. Have requested refund but not holding my breath. Do not recommend dealing with them, much better reputable companies out there with better delivery.
Updated, refunded less the delivery charge so I am still out of pocket. Disgraceful.

Almost 6 weeks after ordering, product never dispatched, despite 5/6 separate conversations with customer service all of whom promised it would be shipped. Cancelled order 499349212 today. What a waste of time! Avoid avoid avoid

Honestly, as soon as I made the order i read all of the reviews and I would like to cancel. However, the customer hotline i messaged responded to me very fast and reassured that if within 5 working days i have not received the items, the team will advise me further.
I ordered last friday at night around 10 pm. via redirected website from revolut app. I received 1% cashback immediately which is amazing. Ordered 6 items in total.

Monday morning i received an email with tracking number with an update that my order was dispatched along with all the steps and locations from LHR airport until Dublin. I have received my order just now which is within 3 working days since I ordered delivered to my door by fastway which is the first courier ever to ring me on the phone to say my parcel has arrived. I would totally recommend ordering and I will do it again soon.

That's why I came back to write this review in order to share another experience to everyone who is thinking of ordering too.

Ordered 29th of July. Email to say Dispatched 30th. August 5th still no update on tracking. Emailed them and got a template response.
Got another email to say order was not sent and they will now send.
Email received 7th to say Order dispatched..as yet no update on tracking.

It's clear from these reviews that my protein do not want to do business with the Republic of Ireland.

Ordered protein product which has been processed for close to a month, At third week I've questioned what's happening with it? I got told there's some warehouse issues, but nothing more about it... At the end I had no choice as just to cancel it due lack of communication and overall progress.

Update: Hi there. I am sorry, I was just informed that the parcel I received was put in the mailbox. All my deliveries till now were done at the doorstep. My protein initiated a refund to me immediately. I have not received it in my bank yet, But now i please request Myprotein to revert the refund and continue with the payment. Thanks. And sorry for the Misunderstanding.

My shipment shows delivered but I received nothing. Whenever i try to call the customer care number canada, shown on the website, it says the number is not assigned. I have already paid for the protein aswell

I wish I had the reviews before ordering. I ordered my protein over 10 days ago and after 7 days I emailed MyProtein and they said there was a delay and I then received confirmation from Fastway that it had been shipped. I've got 2 emails from Fastway that the delivery has failed and if the next attempt isn't successful I'll have to pick it up at a depot. I contacted Fastway to check my address is correct and they haven't verified this has been done yet. I'm pretty sure it'll fail again and then I have to pick it up myself.

So now I've realised that their protein is more expensive than ON and other big brands. they take over 1.5 weeks to deliver, they charge €6 for postage and then I most likely still have to drive to pick it up myself.

Placed order on the 6th of July. It’s now the 14th and the Oder is still down as processed.

When I click on link with Fastway they have no record of the tracking number.

If I don’t have by Monday I’m reporting as a fraudulent transaction with visa.

Products are ok but not as good as SIS. The courier they use is appalling (Fastway in Ireland) with deliveries left abandoned on the driveway or in a bush in the garden! However, their customer service is very poor. Cannot get through to them and although they are relatively good at replying to emails - with instructions that do not work - trying to close the account with them is nigh on impossible. I had to go in to my account, delete my card, delete my address and hope for the best.

My order was not delivered even though I got email confirming dispatch.

When I asked for delivery at priority delivery they said no even though they messed up.

Have asked for refund will take 3 to 5 days

Disgrace of a company. Ordered protein 4th of may, no sign of it, had several agents telling me different storys as the why it’s not here and making it hard for a refund which I still haven’t received yet. Avoid this lot.

Could I please get an answer about whether you are planning to allow your Irish customers avail of sale prices and discount codes? Currently we cannot. I would appreciate an answer that is not a copy and paste of a template.

They’re ripping us off now. Offers all in the uk don’t apply here and I recommended switching. There’s better value brands here if you look in to it even in the general nutrition stores.

Unfortunately, I can’t give 0stars. I ordered several items 1.5 months ago and still haven’t received them. No response from the company after I emailed them to say that I still hadn’t received anything. Absolutely impossible to get in touch with them! I am very frustrated at this point.

The drinks I ordered taste nice and came on time but part of my order is missing and no one has gotten back to me about my missing items

This use to be average/decent quality at a good price. Since the start of the year they have gotten rid of good offers and discounts as they felt there was too much, in fairness there was alot but the jump in price is ridiculous. A top I bought sel last year at €9 is now €24. A few other items I wanted to reorder had jumped same percentage.
Its cheaper to buy gymshark or vanquish which is better quality.

1* for slow delivery. It says 5-7 days.It past 10 days and I didn't get my parcel yet. I don't know from where parcel is coming but it's going via Netherlands. It's unbelievable that they have irish online store but they don't have a storage in Ireland

Improved pricing is great. Shipping times/tracking are average.

I just found out that a company called completesavings.ie has been taking 15 euro a month from my credit card. Since September 2022!. They said that I signed up when I made a purchase through myprotein.ie. I'm really annoyed to just find this out when I thought I was buying protein bars that were on offer. This is pretty underhand by both myprotein.ie and completesavings.ie. I checked my cards and the statement shows "completesa" making it look like an over the counter transaction which I had assumed was me buying something in a shop not a monthly subscription. I'm far from the only one who has been caught out by this scam - the trustpilot reviews for completesavings dot ie show a LOT of other annoyed reviewers.

They used to have decent customer service but they also need to change their delivery method, instead of cheaping out with the FedEx/Fastway Ireland method.

2 parcels lost in the past 10 months. The first lost parcel was rectified very quickly and a new order was sent. But now my most recent order 460891852 was damaged by the courier so they didn't even bother to deliver. Been told twice in the past 2 weeks that is been investigated, but surely if the parcel was damaged by the courier and not delivered, surely a new order should be sent, instead of the automated outsourced "it is been investigated" and "please be patient" responses.

I've been using MP for years and their prices are one of the best on the market. But their choice of delivery method proves you get what you pay for. The clear failure to recognise problems with their courier choice and current fobbing off customer service style is forcing me to look elsewhere from now on for my vitamins and powders, even if I have to pay more.
