Myprotein Ie Omdömen 

I always order from them mainly Bcaa’s and creatinine - never had a problem - been using them for about 2 years.

Bought a top last September , still waiting for full refund on returns . Too many emails to count trying to solve this issue . Terrible service . Just being passed on and on .

Ordered nearly a month ago and delivery never arrived, then company said half the items were out of stock and would issue refund, which still hasn't happened, and remaining items have been 'dispatched' but no tracking number available and no sign of them.
Terrible.

Do NOT order from them
Order on 25th November, order was suppose to arrive by 5th Dec - 07th Dec. Order never arrived it was send back to them. Ordered replacement on 7th Dec was told item will arrive with 3-7 working days. Contacted the customer service on 8th Dec to get update on my order, they gave me a tracking number which was fake. on 9th I received email from them some "item" are dispatched meaning I will receive some of my items not full order by some by 20th Dec and a total tracking number was given. Moral of the story it will basically take my month and a half to get my full order delivered to me. Do NOT order from the better of ordering from elsewhere. I wont recommend this company to anyone neither my family or friends and I will make sure they dont order it from them

Second time ordering from this company and them taking my money but not fulfilling the order. Don’t know how they get away with it. Abysmal.

Cancelled order but took funds for 3-5 days. No offer of discount for cancellation / taking my money for period of several days.

Gotten very expensive lately to Ireland, so now I buy locally for much cheaper and better quality

My order has been outstanding for 60 days... the customer service is pretty much non-existent. Just a pre-recorded message from what seems to be a bot that serves for nothing and no phone number to talk to any real human.

They are in clear violation of the consumer rights yet...impossible to get the product or a refund. Sincerely recommend to avoid - they just don't know how to serve de Irish market and they are not putting much effort to fix it. It's sad really, the products are good they cannot deliver them.

Ordered from MyProtein.ie 24th Sep, got an email from post service looking for full address details as MyProtein didn't populate required fields. A few days later package arrive, I was shocked to see what I opened. The package was not my order. Contacted MyProtein who asked me to return the incorrect item before they would send my order. I sent item back to MyProtein on 10th Oct, MyProtein won't send my order until they receive the returned package in their warehouse. Still awaiting my correct order.

Similar to other comments I am getting generic response from the email support.

MP team are not even able to cancel an order. That shows how MP is becoming a very bad company. They are not able to cancel or dispatch the order, just ridiculous. Even with internal escalations. I've already said that I don't want the order and they are still stuck there. Just to remember, I've placed an order on 04/10.

I've bought my things from Protein Works and I ALREADY RECEIVE IT from them. Shame on you MP.

MyProtein used to be a great company to buy protein and bars, however something happened and this company is not the same.
I've purchased protein on 4th Oct. and the site said 4-7 days delivery. Today, 12th October it has not even been dispatched!
Contacting the support they said that it'd be dispatched on 1st Nov.

TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! Shame on you MyProtein! I've requested a refund and I'll never buy things here anymore and also will encourage people to do the same...

I ordered my items on September 29th today is 10th of October!! No items yet,I txt to my proteine.ie where is my products all I had as reply was its goes 21 days ,I asked since when ???... I was usually ordering from them and I was receiving my orders in 3 days max!!!!! What the he'll like,I asked for the full refund,I'm sorry but somebody is not doing theyr job,was realy good site to buy stuff but got disappointed very much!!!! I'm sorry but this is ridiculous!!!!!

I buy from this company for years and never had any issues. prompt dispatch and delivery within 5 days.They frequently offer discounts and sales, so you can get great product in very competitive price. Quality is very good, too.

Do not order from this company! Ordered over three weeks ago & have not received my order. Poor customer service, looking at other customer reviews seems like they are scammers.
Will never order from them again!

The website advertises as myprotein.ie but is shipping from mainland Europe somewhere, as if this was not shady enough they fully understand items will be seized by customs and dont care. customer service didnt give a damn my order was seized and essentially told me it was my problem. Do not order from these con artists if you want to actually receive what you pay for.

I ordered a lot of stuff for more than a €100. Its got lost. I asked 20 times the courier where is the package and they have no idea.
I asked more than 10 times the myprotein customer services and they said I have to wait and after 3 weeks I still asked where is the package and no answer at all from them. And once I want to ask them again for a refund and they cancelled my account and blocked my email.
How is this business works? I think this drama move to the police I am tired now...

Absolute worst customer service/delivery. Ordered two small items on the 21st July and still not delivered. Tracking now says package is somewhere in the Netherlands (even though ordered from Irish website).

Then I receive and email to rate the product that hasn’t even arrived??!!

Never again will I order from this company, save yourself the bother.

Ordered last week and wasn't dispatched, contacted customer service and apparently there was some issue in the warehouse. Had to cancel that order and made another one to try and expedite the order. Was refunded the money for the 1-2 day shipping thankfully. This order has yet to be dispatched either. Not a way to run a company. Why say you can offer 1-2 day shipping if you can't.

Got everything within the timeframe they provided.

Update on 29th June 2022:
I reached out to MyProtein on 27th June 2022 again, based on the response from MyProtein below and I didn’t receive a response from them. Package has still not arrived.

Ordered a deliver on 23rd May and I still have not received the package, despite being told it would be delivered by 2nd June. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times from week of 6th June and the only response I get is that the issue is being investigated.

I wish I had checked trustpilot prior to ordering. It’s 12 days since I placed my order and still nothing. It was due to arrive (according to emails) a week after ordering.
No replies from customer service.
Very annoying.

Will not be buying from this site again.

Edited: can’t reply to the below. Have heard nothing since providing extra details. Still no sign of parcel. Ordered two weeks ago.
