Efter jeg har bevis på, at den landede hos dem efter et par dage, er der et nyt problem.
Så er alle tingene modtaget ødelagt, så jeg ikke kan få pengene tilbage. Problemet er så bare, at jeg ikke har prøvet halvdelen af tingene på, så hvordan de mener, at det er ødelagt er et mysterie.
Alle tingene var helt perfekt stand med mærker og i original indpakning, da de blev sendt tilbage, så jeg vil meget gerne have mine penge tilbage.
Det kan ikke være rigtig at man skal skrive til dem hver dag, uden der sker noget.
Der er gået 2 måneder!!!!!

Placed my order with Myprotein a month ago and have yet received my order until today! The support from Myprotein isn't exactly being helpful in providing assistance other than the template replies! I'd never purchase from Myprotein knowing that their poor logistics planning would cause me to wait for their supplements for more than a month!

I used to used to use myprotein for years but there price for protein powder is ever increasing and there "sale" is just a gimmick they inflate the price so it looks like your getting a deal. There delivery to Ireland is appalling and not worth the wait. You can get next day delivery from other companies located in Ireland with a wide variety of well known brands. Do your self a favour and use another company. I currently use HP nutrition and i cant speak more highly of them. They offer same or better quality protein at better prices and next day delivery.

Something is happening with the orders. I’m always ordering from my protein, and never had any problems before, however my order is delayed now.

My estimated date for delivery was 22nd April, however the tracking provided still stating that my order is in Venlo.

Kindly let us know, what’s happening.

Ordered 2x1kg bags of protein 13 working days ago and still waiting on delivery. Tracker said it hast moved in 4 days. Absolutely rubbish, ended up having to go to a store to buy some to tie me over and now that's nearly finished!!!

Also this automatic reply below is ridiculous! Same one sent to every reveiw. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Still waiting on a delivery that was due a week ago, it had left the port in Netherlands a week ago.. which is 1.5 hours from Ireland? No tracking number for the courier that will deliver to my door and quite disappointed. I want to start back at the gym in 2 weeks and need the supplements/products I’ve ordered.

Products are good, but delivery time to Ireland is faaar longer than advertised.
Takes almost a month for products to be delivered. I placed an order ten days ago, the order was 'expected to arrive' two days ago, but looking at the delivery tracking I can see it hasn't left the Netherlands yet!
This is a big company, they'd want to get faster shipping. If this cannot be done, at least be honest with delivery times. I've ordered from them before and they always deliver late. Just be honest and inform buyers that it'll take 3 weeks.

If I could give zero stars I would.

The whole process after purchase has been horrible. The tracking code provided doesnt correspond to the company delivering. The company they use to deliver doesnt respond (FeDex) or you cant contact by phone the department that you need to talk too. They only accept email and surprisingly they dont respond to email either.
Myprotein customer service is terrible but the staff do their best. I requested a refund as I hadnt received my order 9 days after my order but they have to investigate the issue which will take 3 days followed by up to 5 days for the refund to be approved.
I emailed their customer service to ask of the issue and received a generic pre programmed reply stating they have contacted the delivery company to discover the issue but no confirmation of what they would do.
They may be cheap but you get what you pay for and I wont be paying this company again.

Very poor service, ordered 3 items and it stated 7-10 days for dispatch, 2 of the items arrived but I heard nothing about the 3rd. I had to follow up (surely company policy should be to notify people of delays) I was told it is expected to be dispatched by 31st of march over 4 weeks after order. When I queried why there wasa delay they just logged off the chat and didn't respond

Where do I start.....placed an order from myprotein on the 4th Feb for protein and vitamins and was originally advised that the order would be there by Friday the 11th of Feb. No order arrived and I gave 2days grace so got onto them on the Tuesday and was advised that the best thing to do was to reorder the items and the agent advised this had been done.....this is where the fun starts....2 days later on Thursday 17th of Feb which is 2 weeks since original order was placed I receive an email saying I've been refunded for the vitamins I had ordered so I got onto the live chat again and I was advised the reorder hadn't even been processed but they had received the items back from the courier which leads me to believe that the order was never sent as I'm in Ireland and they got the order back so quick and then they must have given the vitamins from my order to a different order. I then requested a full refund as I wasn't willing to wait another week for the delivery. I was point blanked refused a refund by the agent and this team leader as they advised that they had to wait for the order to be dispatched which makes absolutely no sense. 18th of Feb I receive a dispatched email and I requested a full refund as advised to do previously only to be told by the agent dealing with me now that they again can't process a refund as the product is on the way which I advised I no longer wanted the day previous.surely the time to cancel the order and process the refund was before it was processed. I still haven't received a refund and I would honestly give lower than 1star but it's not possible. Time after time I've been refused a refund which is against my rights. I used myprotein to save time and hassle but they have been nothing hassle and I've wasted more than enough time on what should be a simple order. I can only assume they aren't refunding me money as there is some alterior motive. I would honestly tell people to stay clear of this and go to any other health shop it's not worth the hassle and a customer service department that just can't be bothered to help

DELIVERY TO IRELAND is not what's stated on the website. Read through the reviews here and you'll see others experience. My deliver was to arrive between the 9th _ 11th. On 14th I contacted them and they said delivery to Ireland took 21 days. Very misleading. I asked for the website to be updated to reflect this, will see how that goes.

Kayleigh from customer care was however extremely helpful. Great products, great price just the delivery lets them down.

Avoid - placed two orders recently and didn’t receive either. You get an email that the order has been dispatched and then no further tracking updates. Emailed customer service and they just sent a refund. Doubt they ever sent the order out.

So i ordered vitamins and then saw the awful reviews. I was so worried about my order as i had spent alot of money on stuff. But i actually received all my things on time and everything looked of quality. So dispite others people's horrible experience i actually didn't have one. Hopefully that means they have improved customer care.

Having basically spent thousands down through the years on gym/workout gear with Alphalete/Nike/gymshark/aybl/Tila you name it I’ve probably ordered from them..

I placed an order for €163 on the 20th Jan.
There is no sign of my delivery although it states my order has been dispatched and delivered.

My postal code leads directly to my door!

Afer going back and forth through their frustrating message portal/filling out missing forms because of their incompetent delivery service, when I finally do receive a reply they say they’re investigating it even though I’ve requested a refund multiple times!!!

Even if the order eventually arrives- I will be 100% returning and never ordering from them again!!

I am sick of the repetitive responses with no real answer. I want my €163

I feel like I’m being put at fault because their delivery service is clearly incompetent!!! Not good enough.

Update I replied to their response telling me to respond and YET AGAIN no reply nothing resolved…

Worst online purchase ever!
I had placed an order on October 17h and I never received my parcel. According to MyProtein customer service words, on November 4th, 'this parcel was routed as a “yellow” parcel which means that the Department of Agriculture has requested to inspect this parcel. Unfortunately, this parcel cannot be released until it is inspected and cleared with customs'. Then, they just could proceed with the refund once the parcel was sent back to their warehouse. Since November 25th I have no new messages, no updates about the parcel location and no refund.

Shocking bad delivery time!! ordered on the 6th Jan, today is the 19th and still no sign of it! When I contacted them to see what's taking so long, I was told this is normal & I should wait some more...First and last time I will order from them!!

The company's messenger called and immediately brought the order! although the order was expected later about ann a week! the order has already been delivered! I am very happy with everything! Placed an order December 1st. Arrived on the 13th, admittedly a little later than expected but when I flagged that with the customer support team and they got back within 24 hours to reassure me the parcel would be delivered within 2 weeks. Sure enough, here it is. Glad to see a return to form here, a few of my parcels early 2021 didn't make it through but this one was all good. Quality and price of the products is just unrivalled, simple as that and I'm happy to wait 2-3 extra days for a better product.
