Shocking delivery
Shocking delivery service and communication. Ordered protein powder over two weeks ago and still waiting for it. Very poor delivery service to Ireland. AVOID

Painful
Please please please do not order from myprotein. Their service is ridiculous. Took almost a month for them to admit that they lost my package and offer a refund or replacement.
I stupidly chose a replacement and the team proceeded to place a completely incorrect order. Didn’t matter though because they ended up losing that package too!
There are so many better companies to order from that you can actually trust. I’ve never had issues with Bulk or HPNutrition - go with these guys instead.

Oh where can I begin
Oh where can I begin. Placed the order two months back and never got it delivered. There is no phone number to reach the customer service. They reply to the email with the same template nothing helpful. In DM they ask for the details for verification, and they disappear for a week. Then they respond saying the time since last verification has passed so need to verify again and ask same questions. Then they disappear. The investigation has never gone past that stage. They refused to refund the money. They were very arrogant and unhelpful. Finally I found out the parcel was held in customs but they never made an effort to sort it out but asked me to talk to the customs. I paid them to get it delivered I don’t have to talk to the customs which I did. They said the seller has to reach out to them but myprotein never responded neither refunded my money. Absolute scammers. Avoid my protein and try bulk powders as they at least have a phone number to talk to the customer service

Received order - Ireland
I decided to try my protein as friends have used them before and they seemed to be good value. The order came on the sixth & seventh working day after my order was placed, it was split into three separate smaller packages I'm guessing this was done to get around the 2kg dairy limit at customs previous people have mentioned here. First time buyer will use again, only downside is the seals on their bags aren't great.

AVOID DO NOT TRUST
AVOID do not trust returned item in August I received email to say item was received and then nothing I just wanted an exchanged for smaller size. When I contact them all I get is the same generic reply. I asked to get intouch with the manager and heard nothing.

Terrible Service
After over a month with no order arriving and the tracker not being updated, I finally get notification of a refund. However, for only 2 of the 3 items. So then I had to chase the balance. I've found more local and frankly, better alternatives

Landed up just cancelling the order!
After waiting 3 weeks for my order and then being told the order is out of stock, I eventually had to contact their customer support team to cancel my order and request a refund. Rather don't advertise that you deliver to IE until delivery issues can be resolved.

Do not go near this company
Do not go near this company. Still waiting on my delivery - ordered 8 August. Told To ‘contact customs’ when I queried initially - no tracking no etc . Then told I would be contacted within 48 hours and still nothing. Steer well clear and spend your money On a reputable company that responds to customers.

Sweet Jesus what an awful company
Sweet Jesus what an awful company. Over a month now, still no package. Their phone lines are closed. They message responses are all copy and paste efforts. Their delivery partners (fastway) are just as useless. Never ever again. This is the second time. They do not give a flying feck.

Order received
After a long 18 days of not knowing if I was going to receive my order (based on all of the recent reviews), I finally got it! I think most of the people below ordered above 2kg, hence why they didn't receive their deliveries. "Deliveries to Ireland - Due to new customs regulations, there is now a strict 2kg allowance of dairy/whey products per customer per day on orders"
Hopefully they will fix this issue soon but in the meantime, if you place an order that has under 2kg whey, you should receive it.

Myprotein has great products but the…
Myprotein has great products but the last few months have been a nightmare. Customer service is so so bad, If I send a message on messager they will only respond once and leave me hanging for hours or even days. I placed an order in june and I never heard from them for 2 months. When I contacted support, they said my order was lost. I gave it another try 2 weeks ago, got an email saying my order has been dispatched. Then nothing after that until I mesaaged them on facebook. Ofcourse my order was sent back to sender without any reason. I would not recommend this site to anyone.

Last time I order from here again. I made an order on the 8th Sep, got an email to say it was dispached on the 11th. We are now on the 22nd and still haven't got my order! Then they have the cheek to send me an email asking me to give them 5 stars?

Stay Away if your ordering from outside…
Stay Away if your ordering from outside the UK.
An absolute joke of a company that has instructed its customer care workers to be as unhelpful as possible,
My original order was placed on the 28 July, It was scheduled for delivery on 04 August - 09 August, I allowed an extra week
before contacting the company about the delay through their web chat service and after verifying the colour of my underwear they
proceeded to tell me the first lie of many that I would have my order within 3 days, another week passed and in order to place an
official query I had to register to send an email to their customer care service that would be replyed to within 24-48 hrs. Their reply
stated that due to customs the order was delayed but it is on the way in 3-5 days. Another week passed, another email to customer care, this
time requesting a order cancellation and return of funds, Same response that due to customs it was held up, the order is on the way within
the week, They completely ignored the request for a cancellation and a refund. I waited one more week and when the order did not arrive
I had to lodge an official complaint through paypal in order to force myProtein to refund the money I paid.

Avoid - Incompetent and no customer service
Avoid. They have terrible customer service. It'd be slow if it managed to arrive on time. They input incorrect address on my orders. I received one item due to bumping into postman. Informed them that they are inputting incorrect address (despite correct address on their system!!) And now everything else is being returned to sender and I have to chase this dreadful company for a refund. Nightmare company.

They do not deliver your order
They do not deliver your order. It just gets trapped at customs and never arrives. They also tell you you have to wait 21 days to be refunded. Strongly encourage everyone to not order.
