Not very hopeful now
Wish I read reviews before placing an order. Order dispatched 27th August, their website states that they have measures in place to avoid disruption to deliveries, however,
according to tracking my order is with Customs for inspection for the last 9 days. It was my first time ordering, I'm guessing my last too...

Ive had a problem with every single…
Ive had a problem with every single order I have placed in the last 3 months - have to keep cancelling orders as they never get dispatched - 3 weeks later and no update. Shame as I used to be a very regular customer but will never buy off this website again.

Terrible customer service
Ordered 2 tubs of protein on the 30th of July. It is now the 14th of September and the items have never arrived.
On contacting the company they said "it has been over 40 days since your order so we cannot track the parcel and therefore cannot offer a refund"

They DO NOT deliver what u buy
They DO NOT deliver what u buy.
Just once I got my package, other 2 times they did not deliver and NEVER gave me a refund. Do not trust them, they just fool you with tons and tons of messages saying your order is on the way. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

AVOID at all costs
False information on their website (it states that EU orders will deliver from EU warehouse, but they do not and you are left with customs issues). Order stuck at customs (according to tracking) for months and still not arrived. Customer service was superficially friendly but ineffectual. I finally got my refund after 2 months and multiple emails requesting it.

I am still waiting on an order worth…
I am still waiting on an order worth 100 euro after two weeks only to find out its vanished. Can't find the order on the site and the emails have gone. Only evidence of it is a screenshot I have of the order number and the money leaving my account on my bank. Have had problems with paying via revolut in the past aswell with them not approving the transaction and now this. Had given them benefit of doubt because of the good price/delivery's but not anymore buy off hp nutrition ordered and came in 2 days and is cheaper.

Be prepared to wait... then not get your delivery
Ordered 6 weeks ago, no product delivered. No communication from the team -- had to reach out myself 6 (!!!) times for updates, and requested a refund 4 (!!!) times before one was offered by a new member of staff. Understand that deliveries are a nightmare atm, but that has to be offset by clear, effective communication & customer care. Sorely lacking in that regard. Lifelong customer, but I've already moved to a rival brand.

Shocking service and parcel now returned to sender
Have been using my Protein for years with no issue, however since Brexit despite the website advising the necessary recommendations have been made to ensure no change for customer. The reality is quite the opposite. Waiting on an order since 16.08 - 1kg whey as that's the largest you can now get and some vitimans. Chased numerous times, very poor service. Package has now been returned by customs at Fastway hub!! So now I have to chase a refund. Customer service couldn't give a hoot, didn't even acknowledge the problems just the standard scripted reply. Won't be using again unfortunately

Quick Update
Quick Update. My order has been deemed lost because of the long wait (4 weeks). If you’ve been waiting any longer than 2 weeks I’d suggest asking for a refund because yours is probably lost too. They’ve said my refund will take 3-5 business days but who knows. HP Nutrition are an Irish company which specialise in Protein and all fitness supplements. I’ve ordered from them. Cheaper, quicker and Irish. Strongly recommend.

Poor service
Used myprotein for years with no real issues, enjoyed the selection and quality of products.
Unfortunately since brexit (and possibly Covid) the service has been abysmal. Last two orders have not arrived and both myprotein and couriers customer services are terrible with very vague and sometimes misleading messages. Not feeling too confident about getting my money back either.
It is a shame as I said above, I found the company very good up until recently.
I will have to go looking for a Irish/European company for these products going forward.
Major recommendation going forward is to unfortunately not use this company if you are living in Ireland.

Never again. Waiting 11 days on 1kg of protein now and its still not with the courier. Absolute shambles of a company. They had years to figure out the logistics of how Brexit would affect them. Embarrassing really for such a big company.

Horrific experience
First time ordering from myprotein and I’m fairly sure I’ve been scammed. Waiting a month now, received an email from the courier that my order was in Dublin and out for delivery, I never received it, that was 2 weeks ago. Customer service are ignoring my emails and live chat promised a referral to an internal team but I don’t think this has happened.
Their live chat is now “unavailable” and an error appears when you try to download their ridiculous “missing order form”. I’m raging I didn’t look at reviews, I ordered based on friends recommending them in the past.
I don’t have high hopes of getting a refund either.
