Great rugs, satisfactory response and reason given for delay as they- excellent 👌
Lovely rugs, ordered 2 and sent the one back as it didn’t suit my one room. Have emailed 3 times and received no response, finally after a week have had an email which is asking which rug I returned? Odd as the company sent me the return label ( have proof of postage) and am disappointed that despite emailing to confirm which rug I returned am still waiting to hear back ?
Update - 3 days I had a satisfactory reply and reason given for delay as they are a small family run business. All was resolved to my satisfaction and so pleased with the quality of the rug and cushions purchased.

Beautiful bag, dreadful customer service
Absolutely beautiful bag. Have had many compliments, but the long strap clasp broke very shortly after it was received. Customer services said they can’t replace it because there are none in stock- they are still selling the exact bag online! Really poor “customer service”, especially considering the price of the bag. Won’t be returning & will advise others not to purchase from here too.

Dear Laura, the coral colour of our Milano bag is out of stock and we cannot replace your broken clasp months after the purchase, even if we wanted to. We have already emailed with another offer to resolve this.

I bought the double sheepskins for…
I bought the double sheepskins for placing over my dining room chairs, for our New Year's "Winter Wonderland" celebration dinner. They looked so fabulous and I've loved them so much - I've left them on! It's now March and I think it's time to retire them for the spring and summer sadly, but they will be out again towards Christmas. These are excellent quality. They came quickly, were well packed and I've had no issues.

Superb product excellent customer service
I have bought two bags and highly recommend this company. I had a small issue with delivery (actually it was at my end) and their customer service team were on it within the hour. They made sure it wasn’t their issue and were exceptionally thorough and professional!
Their bags are lovely and have a high standard of trims ( zips, eyelets etc) as opposed to some fairly’ priced brands who use cheap trims and accessories!
Highly recommend them.

Great customer service. The original ordered rug couldn’t be sent due to defect prior to dispatch so was offered to chose another which arrived very promptly. Communication was very easy resulting in satisfaction
