City Cows Cowhide Omdömen 

I love city cows, they have an amazing range of hides at very reasonable prices. The quality is always excellent. I have bought several shearlings, sheepskins and a cow hide. Items are dispatched very quickly too. I would highly recommend them.

Orderex a sheepskin rug kn 12th Juky 2026. Paid through PayPal. Money came off my bank account on 15th Juky 2026. Received an e mail from DPD saying they were expecting it and would be in touch when they received it. After a few calls i managed to speak to someone from City Cows who said they would get back in touch. Despite repeated phone calls and messages i have not had any more.communication from them. Very disappointed with them and will have to go through PayPal to get my money back.

The man I spoke to was so helpful and knowledgeable about Sheepkins. The delivery was 1 working day and the rug is beautiful. Its full and thick, 6/7 cm pile, soft and the perfect shade of Light Taupe. I'm so impressed I'm going to get a Cowhide off them next - I didn't even know I wanted one before going onto their website!

We are very pleased with our large sheepskin rug. Beautiful to look at, well sewn together, and all 4 hides match. It came very quickly and at a good price.

Ordered 4 sheepskins and they sent the wrong size. I have emailed twice - no reply. Used their online chat and no answer. Rung on three separate days and nobody has ever answered.

I've purchased four products from City Cows (a cowhide rug; sheepskin gloves; sheepskin rug and a cushion). All were received as advertised. Great quality materials, colours and was really pleased with all of them. City Cows also offer the best discounts in the sales and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Firstly, the products (gloves in this case) are excellent. I bought a pair of black ones last year and went for another pair in brown. I live quite close to their Cotswold outlet and called several times to make an appointment, the phone was never answered. I tried emailing but again no response. It is frustrating and I wonder how many people fail to purchase because of this. I also find the lack of any delivery details strange, the gloves just turn up! I would have given 5 stars but for these issues. Again, the products are great so don’t give up.

Good honest advice on items before purchase. I bought grey sheepskin cushions and am so pleased with quality and size. From order to delivery was updated and did not wait long for them to arrive. I will definitely use this company again.

I’m still waiting for a refund for a faulty product I returned within the return timeframe at the end of last year. I returned it due to the colour being yellow and not white as stated on the website and a strong odour coming from it that was stinking my house out.

I emailed and they did respond eventually. I then sent the product back at my own expense and everything went silent. No refund and no response to my emails. Calls never get answered.

The tracking clearly shows the item was received.

Don’t try and return anything they just completely blank any communication now stuck with a totally useless product , would never use again

Great Cowhides—they've got a lot of choices. I picked it up from the warehouse in Chipping Norton. Great service and advice well given.

Don’t use this company. I got complete silence on my order that didn’t materialise after 3 wks. Emailed on 2 different addresses, called repeatedly - no answer and used the live chat - no response. Went thru PayPal for a complaint in the end. Called on a different phone number and the phone was answered. Was told items out of stock even though it stated they were in stock (why couldn’t I be told this straight away?) and would refund the next day - didn’t do it! Finally, on last day of complaints process I got my money back.
Terrible customer service :(

I am still awaiting a refund from a rug returned in January . A bloke called Nick answered the phone , said they'd call back - radio silence . I would not recommend this company

Item exactly as described and speedy delivery. Delighted with the cowhide and would highly recommend.

I was advised on 9th of Fen that the order status had changed to shipped! Today at 4:0pm on the 12th not only has the parcel not been delivered, the courier is claiming to have not yet received it!

The rug is beautiful and soft with instructions on how to care for it.
The delivery was on time but the bag was badly spilt and the rug was exposed but luckily not damaged

Bought a gilet in two sizes, returned the one that didn’t fit within the 14 day period by recorded delivery. Had a call from City Cows to say they had received the return and my refund would be processed. I haven’t received the refund and despite calling, emailing and sending messages through their website, I haven’t had any response. I am now seeking recompense through my credit card company and will be reporting City Cows to Trading Standards.
Please avoid this company.

Paid & purchased 10 days ago paying £5.99 for a purse to be delivered from the uk to a uk address. I have had no updates, have called numerous times with no answer, messaged on facebook & instagram for an update & sent two emails with no reply. Shocking non existent customer service. Company has had my money in their bank. If not received soon will be contacting my bank. Just thankful that I hadn’t spent more money

Cushions arrived promptly and are a great quality. Love the colour - grey. A bargain buy in the sale.
