We have received our beautiful sheepskin rug. We are so pleased with it! It really finishes off our newly decorated lounge ❤️

Order was delivered fast and efficient. Received a text confirming my order and an update as soon as it was delivered. Bought one of the pocket books and the quality is top notch real leather, stylish and already ordered a second.

A few hours after receiving my order, I emailed to request the return details, as the straps were not the size specified. I made clear that the items were not as described.

Instead of assisting me, they responded offering £30 for each bag that I kept, otherwise they would charge a £20 return fee per item. They didn't provide the return details that I had requested. I responded a week ago (the same day as their response) requesting the return details because I was due to travel imminently, and have not heard back. In the meantime, they are flooding my inboxes with more junk mail containing more fraudulent inducements to purchase.

This is commercial coercion and misrepresentation when "Free Returns" is plastered all over their website to induce purchases. There is no asterisk indicating a limitation. The return policy itself is so long, that these extortionate charges are mentioned further down (specifically after 6 sections, around 24 paragraphs ?!!), and prefaced with "may"indicating a discretionary and lax approach.

They are utter crooks, engaging in extortion and dirty tactics to inconvenience customers and wear them down. My time in sending these emails and writing this review has cost me as much, if not more, than their £20 predatory "return fee".

I ordered 4 items, I received 2 but I wasn’t notified the other 2 weren’t being sent, which are no longer available, there wasn’t an offer to refund these either. I wrote to say that due to genuine exceptional circumstances I had missed the deadline to return the canary yellow bean bag I received which was advertised as ivory. Apparently exceptional circumstances don’t work two ways. Selling products advertised as ivory when they are canary yellow is apparently fine but your partner being in intensive care twice, with complications following a stem cell transplant meaning you missed the very short deadline to return the mis -advertised product isn’t enough of a reason to miss that deadline. I also missed their original message back too for which I accept they are a business and they have deadlines for a reason. How you react to customers dictates whether they will use you again. Needless to say I won’t purely based on the customer service response to my two request. The poor review is based on the entire process and not because I can’t return a canary yellow but advertised as ivory beanbag.

This company falsely and misleadingly, offers you a 20% discount for your email address and mobile number - once you have given ICowhide your personal information they do indeed send you a code but it isn’t for 20% off any items, they put a clause in for what you can actually redeem it against. Nowhere does it state that this is limited before you hand over your personal information, only once they are in safe receipt of your details. This is misleading and at the end of the day, deceitfully gaining your information, no doubt to sell on to goodness knows who. I have questioned ICowhide about this and have just been brushed off. If they are so deceitful, misleading and making false promises, what else is falsely claimed. Untrustworthy.

My order came within two days and I absolutely love it. I purchased the 8 pelt sheepskin and it looks amazing on my wooden floor. It feels lovely on your feet and my two cats love it. I would definitely recommend CowHide for their excellent service and their follow up email . I also bought my rug in the sale and saved £150 - bonus!

Wow way nicer than i expected quality is excellent and looks much more expensive than it actually is very quick from ordering to delivery only one problem! Love it that much cant decide where to put it 😀

Fabulous sheepskin rugs but customer service shocking - purchased 3 rugs costing in excess of £700 and colour not quite right in our room so wanting to exchange for a different colour
So far sent 5 customer forms in total and all I get back is telling me I can have a discount if keep them after explaining I just want a different colour and need to return
Then today receive an email asking me to leave a review and hoping I’m happy with my purchase !
All I want is a returns label sending so I can purchase the same rugs in a different colour

My new cowhide is fabulous. Arrived safely and in perfect condition. It arrives folded. Since I've placed it down in my living room I've been waiting for the creases to flatten out. It's taking a while and now nearly there. Looking good!

I fell in love with the burnt orange Bianca mini bag but it was showing out of stock. I kept an eye on the advert and snapped it up when 1 became available. There was constant email communications from ICowHide and I received my bag in 4 working days. It’s a lovely bag and looks to be very well made. Can’t wait to use it!

Lovely rug looks lush. Colour great. Deep pile and perfect size running along the floor at the foot of the bed.

Absolutely love the products. I ordered 1 x 6 pelt sheepskin and 2 x 8 pelt sheepskin. The whole family enjoy them, including rambunctious boys, dog and cat. The rugs are hard wearing, keep a beautiful shape, incredibly warm and soft. Because it has been a long, hot Summer, they have been used purely as rugs. But once Winter hits, they will be used as an extra layer on the beds.

Love the fact they are a bi-product of an existing trade, that nothing goes to waste.

Delivered well packaged and the customer service team kept in contact through the whole process.

Highly recommend.

Great product easy to order and quick delivery

The 9 sheep skins silver grey rug arrived earlier than expected and the quality is amazing. We are happy and we all enjoy it. I might say it's gorgeous. I can strongly recommend this brand.
