Dear Sarah, We’re sorry this caused concern. As noted on our contact form, we ask customers to allow up to 24 working hours for a response. Your prepaid return label was sent as promised in our initial reply, so your return can now proceed.
Dreadful experience with drop shipping company
Dreadful experience, avoid this drop shipping company!
Ordered a bag 6th August with message despatched on the 8th, still not arrived 10 days later and as going on holiday on 17th contacted them. They said they’d hold delivery until I returned ( so not actually shipped at all)!
Then email asking how I was enjoying my bag, to which I replied I haven’t received as now delayed due to holiday, asked for it to be delivered by 3rd September, not shipped on that day where I may have to wait another 2-3 weeks.
Then I get a message with notification of refund, at my request, which I did not request!
Basically, they didn’t have stock and couldn’t fulfill the order.
Too many of these drop shipping companies around that are just all branding and social media!
Avoid….

Dear customer, we apologise for the confusion. We do not drop ship any of our products. We import all and then ship from within the UK, with London as our central inventory. We thought you wanted a refund because the item was going to be shipped with a delay. We're emailing you now to sort and fix this.

Amazing service, postage was a bit longer than expected but that was down to DPD. My cow hide arrived today and I LOVE IT! Quality is amazing and it looks fab! Great company and would 100% recommend!

The quality of the rug was lovely. It was just not the right colour.
