I'm giving 3 stars because I had to return the bag I bought. The colour was different from the website, so wasn't suitable for the outfit I wanted to wear with it.
The return process was complicated, and I still haven't received my refund, nor any acknowledgement that my return has been received.
The stars I've given could be reduced to no stars if I don't receive my refund soon

Thank you for the wonderful service you provide. I have a purple sheepskin rug, I love love love it. Not only does it look lovely but it makes me happy looking at it it’s such an unusual colour. I also have four bags, same bag different colours. I bought two because they were in the sale half price, they were so lovely I bought another two. I received my orders really quick. Metallic gold tote bag
I did order the metallic tote bag, which was a lovely colour. However I have returned it as I felt it wasn’t secure enough and also not much storage space inside the bag. For that size bag it could have had more compartments inside it and only one small area to fasten the top which could easily be accessed. Such a shame as I loved the size and colour and the quality felt good.
