Rude customer service
Paid £339 for a rug which arrived with a £132 price tag. Felt ripped off so asked to return for a refund, customer service was rude and implied I was lying, despite me sending photos.

We’re sorry for the confusion. We do not put price tags on our products. Our prices are clearly listed on our website, and the price of the item you purchased has not changed since it was listed.
If there was a label on the back of the rug, it was possibly a supplier’s wholesale price label used for a trade show.

You keep asking me to review and until…
You keep asking me to review and until I recieve my package which I should have got on May 22nd I will continue to do so. Your customer service is appalling . The package wasn't delivered. The picture of a package isn't on my property or anywhere near it. The package label is hidden. No GPS data has been provided. The timing of the picture and the alleged drop off time are an hour apart. So far no apology. No package. No reimbursement and you're calling me a liar.

Awful company!
My boyfriend bought me a hide for my birthday, never received it, DPD delivered it to a completely different place, proof of delivery was no where we recognised. Icowhide have ignored all messages! Awful customers service! No cowhide & lost money 😡

The hide i paid for hasn't been delivered. DPD , the carriers , sent a picture that doesn't relate to my address and so far neither you or the carrier have done anything about it.
