I bought 2bags from icowhide
I bought 2bags from icowhide, a small Kelly & a flop over cross body raffia. Both bags are excellent, well finished and as portrayed & described on line. I personally didn’t like the tan colour on the raffia bag it was too yellow but I think this is just a subjective view. The dusty rose colour on the Kelly was perfect with my Royal Ascot outfit.

Poor sizing and poor customer service
Ordered 3 cushions advertised as 40x40cm and a large sheepskin rug.
Cushions arrived measuring 33x33 with a tiny opening which are impossible to get a pad in.
I emailed to question this, the reply was that they had changed supplier and not updated the description, no offer to refund, return etc.
I emailed back to say the rug has not yet been dispatched so please cancel as I have no faith in the company - radio silence.
I will do a chargeback if I do not receive a reply considering they say 24 hours to reply.
No telephone number either so beware!

Wasn’t as expected but issue resolved
Cushion I ordered differed in size and colour to that advertised. Contacted customer service and David was very helpful and resolved the issue.

Customer service is literally…
Customer service is literally non-existent.
I have never written a review for a retailer before but this company is so bad, I don't feel I have any other choice. I contacted them three weeks ago via the form on their website to try and arrange a return and haven't had a reply. Neither of the UK phone numbers they have are ever answered. Emails and WhatsApp messages aren't responded to. Reading other reviews, it seems I'm far from the only customer to have experienced this.
If any humans actually work at this company, can somebody please respond to me, so my return and refund can be processed.

I'm not sure if my review went through so doing again in case.
From ordering to receiving the rug 3 days !!. Super fast delivery using DPD. And boy was i impressed with the product. I bought the 8 pelt Sheepskin rug, it's huge, really deep,plus we love the colour. It's clearly been put together expertly by iCowhide. It's a really beautiful rug.
