We had a problem with syncing to our website, Diana found and fixed the problem very quickly.

I had a great experience with Krish from Hike. I asked a question and instead of just sending me a link to a document he walked through the issue and gave me a solution so that the solution was tailored to my question. Saved me a lot of time and frustration.

Round-the-clock customer service is second-to-none. As well, Hike are always accepting and actioning customer suggestions, which constantly improves and updates the overall product.

Checking Hike for a client and their support is professional and quick. They have very good features for a POS.

It took a little bit more time and some frustration on my part, but the issue was addressed and we will be able to take care of it on our end.

We have been using HikePOS for 5 months now. We are very happy with our decision. The best thing about HikePOS is customer service. Not only do they offer a fantastic program, but they are quick to help when you get a little stuck. HikePOS customer service guided us through setup and have been there to help since. Their live chat feature is great for quick fixes, and the tech team will get back to you in a few days for any deeper queries.

The software is user friendly, Very quick, good customer help desk service 24/7, Good communication, Listening customer concern timely and very easy to integrate with other Accounting software.If I would given an opportunity to choose the best Pos. All our experiences with Hike to date have been exceptional. We are very impressed with the simplicity of the POS software - it has been very intuitive and easy to pick up. The guidance documents are very comprehensive and easy to understand. Most of all, the support is exceptional. We have had very rapid responses to even non-urgent queries. We have also been very happy to see that suggestions for improving the software are taken very seriously and implemented very quickly - so far, we have noticed that around 3 or 4 of our suggested improvements have been implemented within 1 month or so.
