The machines and app are awesome. My biggest gripe is over the weekends or public holidays, no transactions get completed until the next business day.

New device, great customer service.
I recently received the new wireless touchscreen unit and it is head and shoulders above the previous one.
The people on the other end of the helpline are amazing and have been excellent the few times I have had to call.
