So, I was looking for POs software for my brother’s business, I came across many platform but all must have one Issue/ condition or the other. Then, I came across Hikeup and I must Say; “HIKEUP” is the best POS platform. We tested the free trial and the work was so smooth. When it comes to Fast Response, Hikeup has the most reliable Support you can contact anytime, any day….. Their interface is Great, their processes are smooth, and deliverability met our expectations.

We're moving 7 stores from Lightspeed to HikeUp, and getting a lots of help from support team to ease the process.

I had specific queries concerning my partnership relationship with Hike and Manoj was able to offer specific answers to all of them. He also promised to follow-up with the Hike's support team, on my behalf, concerning a Hike-QBO integration technical issue to ensure it is resolved promptly. Thank you Manoj.

I have big issue with Hike today, the point of sales system does not pick up the right quantity for me to process sales in store. I have chat with the customer support team for a while and it does not get resolve until I have requested to talk to senior support team, and I received a call at 2:27pm from Mustan, account manager, who telling me that is the issue from Hike back end, and the Technical team is looking into this as a high priority. He told me he will escalate the issue with tech team and hope to get back to me with an update by today evening or tomorrow. I told him all 4 of our stores are frustrated with the issue as all my stock quantity will be wrong if we have to sell the item via custom sales and not from the right quantity data base and I will have to do manual adjustment tomorrow after they fixed the issue, so I hope he can help to talk to Tech team and fix this today. and around 3:50pm, I received a call from Mustan telling me the issued has been resolved. I tested and it is really fixed. I am appreciated the help from Mustan and Tech Team.

Hike POS has been working great for us. Once it is setup properly, it runs smoothly and keep us productive. Their tech support is fantastic. Not only they are quick to respond with knowledgeable answers, they are aways friendly and professional. We enjoy the system and also enjoy working with them very much.

I recently had a few queries on a syncing info to Xero and questions on reporting and no matter what time of the day, evening one gets answers immediately or if not then a ticket is generated and that ticket is than resolved of which you are notified. Really first class support service. That is what differentiates good software from excellent software.

Rick was helpful and quick in answering my questions. And sent me screenshots to help me visually understand the solutions and answers that I needed.

We have used it for a month, the most friendly and supportive team we ever interacted, Deval was our guy, always there to help, and rady to take responsibility. So will give 5+ for the customer services. The only issue we faced with hikeup is the reports and register restrictions. At one time a single user can use the register which was a problem in our case because we have reseller's across the country. Magento integration, Oh Wau, hikeup is the best, we search and look a lot but never find integration solutions like hikeup. Our overall experience is very good.

Ive been using Hikeup more than a year, its very good POS system with efficient customer support staff such as Deval and Peter , and wish to have more API support team. Thank you Hikeup team.

I have recently become aware that we have been assigned an Account Manager. This is a great initiative and I have been very impressed with the attitude and performance of Mustan.

Hike es un POS que sincroniza perfectamente el stock de tu tienda física con un montón de ecommerce, en mi caso uso BigCommerce y me va perfecto. Una vez configurado el tema de sincronización está muy bien hecho, por lo que lo aconsejo. En mi caso soy un pequeño comercio textil que venía de Lightspeed y con el paso a pago por mes decidí cambiar.
En general estoy muy contento con Hike y su soporte técnico, aunque en el producto encuentro algunas limitaciones al generar informes.

I contacted Hike chat support to answer a question that I couldn't find for myself on their website. Krish quickly responded with the answer I needed.
I'm a HUGE fan of Hike chat support because it's easy to use & I don't have to waste any time on the phone which means I have more time to manage my store & assist customers.
