Mustan Rangwala answered all the questions I had regarding the functionality of Hike enabling me to make an informed decision to transfer to Hike as my POS.

Poor experience using Hike and their additional SEO service where they claim to undertake 2 hours worth of work for you. Report came back with 70% of the work I had completed, raised to customer service and they've never come back to me. Subsequently cancelled and moving SEO away.

I recently had an issue with my WooCommerce integration, and I'm so glad I chose to use Hike POS for my needs. Deval and his team were incredibly helpful and went the extra mile to help me out. I was ready to cancel my subscription, but their unwavering support and assistance changed my mind.
