2 weeks I ordered 2 coats and not received either, they’re not uk based looks like it’s all made in china or abroad and shipped over, using a name like Harrington Oxford to make you think it’s an British company. I’ve sent an email and had zero response. Won’t be using again regardless of quality.

Terrible quality. Purports to be English but takes a month to arrive from China.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the garment from Harrington Oxford. For £60, I expected a much better standard, but in my honest opinion, it simply isn’t worth the money.

The delivery also took far too long, which added to my disappointment, as I was expecting a much better overall experience.

Unfortunately, I feel I have wasted my money. I will not be ordering from this company again, and based on my experience, I would not recommend them to others.

I expected much better quality for the price and am very unhappy with my purchase. I would advise anyone considering ordering to think carefully before spending their money.

This company is actually a Chinese drop-shipping organisation masquerading as a British company.
I purchased a jacket for £50 from this site hoping to receive it within the week, not knowing it was from China. it took 2 weeks to arrive. That was the first thing I wasn't privy to. Upon opening the package, I was met with a foul smell and a horribly creased jacket, which was far too big to be XL (relative to other jackets I have worn). Not only that, but the left placket was missing its buttons, so I was left with a jacket that could not be fastened. I had this same issue on my cuffs, buttons with no complementing, closing buttons. The quality of the jacket was also very subpar. You could tell this was the sort of jacket that cost a fraction of the price to make. To cut the story short, I had no business with this heap of junk. After a back and forth with the support, we settled on returning to me £20 in cash and I get to keep the jacket. I settled for this more so because I couldn't be bothered with the headache of it all. That's £30 down the drain and a lesson learned. If I had to say one positive thing, it would be that the customer support team is very swift and they reply very efficiently.

The service is good overall, although there is room for improvement. Like any new start-up, there are bound to be a few teething problems in the early stages.

My main recommendations would be to improve the quality of the fabrics and consider using a faster, more reliable 3PL provider when dispatching orders from Asia to ensure quicker delivery times.

Aside from that, the customer service team has been very helpful, responsive and professional.

Rest assured, this is not a scam company; it is simply a new business finding its feet. I wish them every success as they continue to grow, and I would certainly consider shopping with them again in the future.

The quality of the clothes are very poor definitely not worth the price. Size is smaller than uk standard size. I ordered one hoodie and a fleece none of them fit. They came creased no label attached with them. When I tried to return them I was asked to send them to China with my own shipping cost. I wouldn’t mind sending them in the Uk but not China. I spent £50 and the clothes look very cheap. I strongly suggest please don’t buy from this company. The company name and the website everything misleading and now I can’t even return them. I have wasted my money and I can’t even use them or send them back. Total scam

Very poorly made item. I’ve emailed asking for a refund and haven’t heard back. The parcel was also delivered to the complete wrong address

Pathetic Tracking Information with no indication of actual delivery. Slow delivery period and if I had been aware of the item coming from somewhere? abroad, i would not have ordered it. On that subject, I am still awaiting it....

Sizing not correct , army green on picture, a very pale green on arrival & cheap material. Have applied for refund .

Still not received my order that was placed two weeks ago despite being told that it has been shipped and chasing customer service for an estimated delivery date, Now going to be delivered after I have left for my holiday

The clothes are cheap fabric and not what they look like in pictures
You also have to pay a massive fee to return so think twice before buying.

The suit did not fit so I need to return it - the email of Harrington Oxford is a uk email and the registered office of the company is in the Netherlands - but customer services have told me I have to pay to send it to china - this is in fact illegal and I am refusing to do so and demanding a free return label -

Chose express order of 6 days as I wanted it to arrive in time for my husband's birthday. It didn't. Very disappointed with this company & will not be using them again.
Had I known it was coming from China & has very bad reviews on this website (the good ones are fake, apparently) I wouldn't have bothered! If you look at the shipping there is a delay of 5 days before it gets to the airport in China! Why??

Once you realise you've been scammed, request a return from harrington oxford"kungfubuy" Chinese company. Once they've told you that you need to pay the return fee to china make a charge back claim from your bank as they are imposing difficult unfair return processes and have not delivered the item as advertised. This can take a while but do the charge back claim IMMEDIATELY as its on a time limit.

Did not accept my discount code at check out, and have been totally ignored with my queries.

I paid extra for faster delivery and still didn't get item on time for holiday, also tracking item wasn't ideal kept saying product was cancelled.
