I suspect this is a potentially scam , they do not want to refund for damaged items. The quality of the trousers I purchased were dreadful, stitching coming undone, they look like they were bought in from temu or something similar and put in a swanky bag. Delivery times are dreadful but then they are shipped from China .

I ordered things 2 weeks ago i still have not received anything so not sure how you want me to rate something when i have not received the items sorry

I waited what seemed like Absolutely ages for a shirt to come. On tracking the item it was overseas for quite some time. So although it talks about being British, I’m not sure.
It finally arrived today.
It was totally creased and was a very poor quality item.
The sleeves are a tiny bit short and the neck is massive. Poor shape, cheap looking material. It looks nothing like the photograph. Sadly probably one of the worst worst shirts I’ve ever bought.
I made immediate enquiries about how to return this item straight away (they say this will be at my expense!). Such a shame as it seemed to look good in the photos. Avoid.

I didn’t get the chance to get the problem solved yet

It's a return to China service for refunds. So make sure you don't need a refund. They start by offering a 10% then 20% discount. But if the clothes don't fit what to do?

This is the second review I’ve left seen as thought they’ve asked, the jogger set I ordered is cheap rubbish, looks nothing like it does on the model on their website.

I wanted to return the item but they make that difficult too as the return form is complicated to fill in & very long winded. They ended up offering me 20% refund as I couldn’t be bothered with the hassle. So I admitted defeat & just took that.

I wouldn’t even give the jogger suit to a homeless person, it’s something you can practically see through it. It was far too small as well.

Company Not in England. The sizes are foreign so don't fit. The quality is very poor. The return policy is almost impossible. The customer has to pay for International postage and complete numerous customs forms. AND NO full refund!!. Sham company. Don't Buy from them

2 weeks I ordered 2 coats and not received either, they’re not uk based looks like it’s all made in china or abroad and shipped over, using a name like Harrington Oxford to make you think it’s an British company. I’ve sent an email and had zero response. Won’t be using again regardless of quality.

Terrible quality. Purports to be English but takes a month to arrive from China.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the garment from Harrington Oxford. For £60, I expected a much better standard, but in my honest opinion, it simply isn’t worth the money.

The delivery also took far too long, which added to my disappointment, as I was expecting a much better overall experience.

Unfortunately, I feel I have wasted my money. I will not be ordering from this company again, and based on my experience, I would not recommend them to others.

I expected much better quality for the price and am very unhappy with my purchase. I would advise anyone considering ordering to think carefully before spending their money.

This company is actually a Chinese drop-shipping organisation masquerading as a British company.
I purchased a jacket for £50 from this site hoping to receive it within the week, not knowing it was from China. it took 2 weeks to arrive. That was the first thing I wasn't privy to. Upon opening the package, I was met with a foul smell and a horribly creased jacket, which was far too big to be XL (relative to other jackets I have worn). Not only that, but the left placket was missing its buttons, so I was left with a jacket that could not be fastened. I had this same issue on my cuffs, buttons with no complementing, closing buttons. The quality of the jacket was also very subpar. You could tell this was the sort of jacket that cost a fraction of the price to make. To cut the story short, I had no business with this heap of junk. After a back and forth with the support, we settled on returning to me £20 in cash and I get to keep the jacket. I settled for this more so because I couldn't be bothered with the headache of it all. That's £30 down the drain and a lesson learned. If I had to say one positive thing, it would be that the customer support team is very swift and they reply very efficiently.

The service is good overall, although there is room for improvement. Like any new start-up, there are bound to be a few teething problems in the early stages.

My main recommendations would be to improve the quality of the fabrics and consider using a faster, more reliable 3PL provider when dispatching orders from Asia to ensure quicker delivery times.

Aside from that, the customer service team has been very helpful, responsive and professional.

Rest assured, this is not a scam company; it is simply a new business finding its feet. I wish them every success as they continue to grow, and I would certainly consider shopping with them again in the future.

The quality of the clothes are very poor definitely not worth the price. Size is smaller than uk standard size. I ordered one hoodie and a fleece none of them fit. They came creased no label attached with them. When I tried to return them I was asked to send them to China with my own shipping cost. I wouldn’t mind sending them in the Uk but not China. I spent £50 and the clothes look very cheap. I strongly suggest please don’t buy from this company. The company name and the website everything misleading and now I can’t even return them. I have wasted my money and I can’t even use them or send them back. Total scam

Very poorly made item. I’ve emailed asking for a refund and haven’t heard back. The parcel was also delivered to the complete wrong address

Pathetic Tracking Information with no indication of actual delivery. Slow delivery period and if I had been aware of the item coming from somewhere? abroad, i would not have ordered it. On that subject, I am still awaiting it....
