You have asked me for an update on my experience. I have not received the goods some 14 days after my order. I don’t think that this is a very good service as I still don’t know when I will receive the product

Harrington Oxford ought to be categorised as a criminal organisation. Calls and emails for return have gone unanswered, but the spam keeps on coming.

Please do not order from this company.
I ordered 2 pairs of cargo trousers in size XL and 2XL using standard sizes as a guide as the site does not provide any guidance on sizes other than recommending to chose a size bigger than normal fit.
The trousers were £64.95, so not cheap.
When they arrived the quality was very poor indeed and finish to seams, zips and hems very shoddy. In fact my partner could not even do the button up as eyelets sewn over.
The real issue arises when trying to return the items, as although the site boasts 30day easy returns, it is anything but. The items need to be returned to China. After quite a few emails from the Harrington Oxford support team, I accepted a 40% reduction as I had absolutely no confidence I would receive a refund if I return to China and at my our cost. The site boasts a customer satisfaction of 4.8 / 5.0 however refused to answer when I asked who verified this score. Their return email requests customers to complete a Trust Pilot review so I think their claim is fraudulent too. Perhaps trust pilot can investigate.
I cannot recommend strongly enough to steer clear of this company as you will be disappointed and stuck with items that you don't want to/cannot
wear.

I wanted a refund as pictures did not match items whatsoever. Quality is very bad too. No response from shop or support staff, so frustrated for trusting this company!

The goods are dreadful not worth a quarter of the money let alone £60! Im so disappointed it was a gift for my husbands birthday! The goods arrived late, the websites gives the impression they are Uk based when clearly they are not! Ive requested a refund asap and still no response!!!

I ordered 2 shirts on the 10th of April. It took 14 days for them to be delivered. It turned out that the material was not as expected. I then discovered that I was responsible for the cost of returning the items (value of the order £72) at a cost of £27.00. It would have been helpful to know the cost of the return at the point of ordering. If I had known, I would not have placed the order. This feels like sharp practice. The return address by Harrington Oxford looks like the address of an individual, rather than a company. The web address and the name implies that it's a UK company, but is in fact Netherlands registered. However, returns have to go to China, which costs a lot of money (£27 to return 2 polo shirts), which is frankly extortionate. Avoid Harrington Oxford if you can.

Delivery took 2 weeks, and when the jacket arrived it was far too small despite ordering a size bigger and was cheap rubbish from China. I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. Avoid at all costs!

This is a fraud, criminal Chinese business. They promised cashmere pullover, but took a used dirty pullover, ironed it, added tags and perfume and sent it as new. When I asked to return it and get money back it came up that I have to return it back to China for the price almost equal to the price I paid. They promised to return 20% if I keep it but lied again. NEVER buy from them. I just lost money which they basically stole from me

The items were not delivered on time and upon receiving them the quality of the clothes was extremely poor. I would never order from this company again.

Avoid this company! I ordered a Harrington jacket. It was very poor quality and too small. Looked nothing like the picture on the website. In order to return, I had to pay for a signed for delivery to an address in China.

For a company that wants to give the impression of being English i am dissapointed on so many levels. As I thought the.co.uk was local I ordered 2 pairs of footwear. One for last week which has only been delivered this week and one for a trip away which still allegedly sits with Evri for delivery. Not verified the quality yet as arrived product is at my holiday location. Lond delivery times...Chinese company linked to the worst delivery company in the UK. Look elsewhere for product...customer service and delivery. Be mindful of who you are dealing with.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!! Unfortunately this website seems to be a bit of a con. I should've read the reviews prior to purchasing, an error I won't be making again. Using a UK name and not appearing to charge for delivery (it's clearly hidden in the costing of the item, as the items themselves are poor quality and not worth their prices), deceives you into thinking that they are a UK based company. I decided to return the item, as it was such poor quality, and found out that I had to pay £33 to pay for the return.
Many other reviews seem to echo my own. With the deceptive nature of this company (with regards to location and quality of items (my leather bag was definitely not leather)), they should not be allowed to continue advertising as they do. Surely there is a breach of some sort of standards of goods policy?
