The bag is a very handy necessity to keep it neatly packed up too. Dryrobe customer services kindly resolved an issue as if nothing was too much trouble, so it’s a no brainer: a top notch product and service. Thank you.
Ps it’s worth knowing that NHS workers can also get a discount.

I bought one to walk my dog as I was so tired of being soaked in our Scottish weather. I was unsure if I wanted to buy one and had been thinking about it for a while as they are expensive but knew a few dog walkers that used them. Best thing I’ve bought keeps out the rain and the wind. Used it everyday since I got it. I went for the small robe. I am 5ft 6in and a size 12 but my arms are long, I think the medium would have been too big. The small is ideal and could use it for swimming and to get changed if I ever took it up. Plenty of space and the arms a perfect. Thanks.

Have purchased many over the last 10 years and simply can’t fault the product. Still the best by far! Whilst the products are worth the price, it’s the customer service and people at dryrobe that really impress me. I had a problem with my last order, so I rang, and within seconds was talking to the lovely Ellie and Lucy who sorted it out immediately. These girls are a huge asset to the company and should be recognised for their professionalism and warmth. Thank you dryrobe customer service team!

I received a waterproof poncho which had long cotton threads on one sleeve. As I thought the stitching may unravel I wanted to exchange it for another one. I contacted customer services and spoke to Lucy who was really understanding and helpful and very prompt with sending me an email with free return label. I have heard today that a replacement is being despatched. Although disappointed I didn’t have it for my weekend to Disneyland Paris with my grandson I am sure it will be very useful for other trips. It was a great product.

My friend bought me a dryrobe and compression bag for Christmas and the bag didnt have a strap with it. I felt uncomfortable and didnt want to come across as ungrateful mentioning it to my friend so I contacted dryrobe. After sending pictures of the bag and tags etc dryrobe sent me a strap out. From start to finish they were professional and nothing was a problem. I was so happy with the customer service and ill be definitely buying from dryrobe in the future. I would highly recommend them.

Ordering and shipping was fast but dpd did not deliver it at first but I contacted dryrobe and they sorted it out .

Had a small issue with my dry robe and contacted them, immediately they have said to return and they will send a replacement out to me, customer services have kept me informed all the way and would highly recommend them!

I returned the first Dryrobe that arrived, XL far too big, my fault. On the return sheet supplied, I asked for a Large to be sent out, but after looking at the DR website size guide, decided a L would be better, so emailed to request an order change, It arrived today, Med, PERFECT!!
The quality of this product is 1st class, other manufacturers out there copy but don't come close. Buy Dryrobe=buy once!

I ordered a robe (which was delivered very quickly) sadly their sizing is very generous and the large literally drowned me! Fantasic for self esteem as the medium was also too big - exchanges are very simple and the staff are so very helpgul. Especially Claudia, who advised i may even be an xs ( not sinve i was 7 have i been an xs!!!) Love these robes so much. was hooked after seeing my son and his family in theirs last summer when we were camping. Again thank you dry robe for helpfulness that was above and beyond

DRYROBE didn't fit as I had hoped, but the product is fabulously made, and customer service is very helpful. I look forward to when DRYROBE has a product that is slimmer fit like a "swim parka" rather than a changing robe. I'm looking for a replacement to TruWest swim parka products. Sadly that company went out of business in 2019. Here's to getting wet & staying dry.

My daughter’s Dryrobe is 2 years old and the zip had broken. I contacted customer services and they offered me the option of sending a zip to have replaced locally or for them to repair it. I chose the latter. It took about a week between me sending the Dryrobe and receiving it back with a new zip. Excellent service!

I returned a Dryrobe coat but despite promises that they would process my refund immediately - both via email and a phone call from Dryrobe - they never did. Several emails later and Dryrobe finally refunded me - over 2 months later than they promised and only because I sent yet another email… It really feels as if Dryrobe were avoiding to refund the money they owed me and hoping that I would forget about it. If I hadn’t chased them about it, I believe they would not have processed the refund at all. They did apologise for the mistake and offered me a 10% discount off my next purchase… err… I don’t think so. Instead, Dryrobe should have offered some true compensation for their incompetence and my inconvenience.

Terrible service. As a first time customer I have had an awful experience from dry robe.
I haven’t ordered before and the process seemed too quick on line. I wasn’t able to check the payment method before I purchased.
I emailed customer services to say I had ordered in error and can I cancel. I did get a reply over 24 hours later. At this point the order had not been dispatched.
The reply said they would do their best to cancel the order and let me know.
The order arrived today and I did not receive a follow up email. Just awful.
Customers are clearly not at the centre of the business.
