Hajj Nusuk Omdömen 

This is was truly one of the worst experiences in my life and in the lives of millions of pilgrims looking to complete their pillar of Hajj. I can't begin to list the problems with this website. From waiting like sheep for hours to logon, to site continuously crashing, confusing information, package, flights and hotel mix-ups to errors upon errors on the portal and last but not certainly the least, the inability to handle the traffic knowing well in advance the demand flow. What an absolute disaster! How about go back to the old system that worked perfectly fine and allow the travel agencies to handle it instead of being power and money hungry and ruining the lives of millions of Muslims. This I am sure that they will be held accountable to Allah for, but I do not think they worry about the consequences of their actions.

Useless platform. Was the purpose of Nusuk meant to simplify the booking process for pilgrims? This platform is so many steps behind. The whole process is shocking. My journey so far = Registered added personal details passport info etc then have to wait for packages to be released. Once released have to choose package and top up ewallet but no option to actually purchase. When the purchsase option becomes available unable to get on site due to traffic of everyone trying to get in at the same time. Then finally get in the chosen package is no longer available and to add insult to injury after all that hard work and effort to get my money that I topped up on ewallet back they charge a fee 1.5% so if a package costs approx 20K they have pocketed £300...This is unacceptable!!

No one on the face of this earth would invest in something that costs their entire life savings without knowing if what you're paying for will "come through". Except for the Muslim wanting to do Hajj, that is, and Saudis have taken advantage of that.

Nusuk is 💩.

It was easier to go to Hajj prior to Nusuk and it's incredibly ill created website with constant glitches, problems. With all of the wealth that Saudi Arabia has, they can't hire someone competent to create a website that actually works? Look at websites that receive a heavy daily flow - FedEx, USPS. Do their websites just shut down when there are million of users?
No.
A simple lottery system will prevent every Muslim on earth from assuming that they're going to Hajj this year, now just to have their money stuck and waiting on refunds.
Saudis wake up. You have won the award of the most despised country.

If you can't do a job well, let the travel agents take care of it.

When God created humans, Saudis of today did not get in the "smart people" line and instead ran to the "corrupted" line.

One of the most perfect examples of software development failures we have ever seen in this advanced Era in the IT Industry. Whomever developed this platform doesn't have any, literally any idea about cloud scale out for global systems running into the cloud. I just wonder how a kingdomship Hajj Ministry, put its efforts and money into a very lousy platform to serve a global community. It's not even prime time, let alone it has a very unstable financial module which is so inconsistent (everytime you try to topup the eWallet it behaves differently). Thr entire development team must be fired. This platform can be up and running in no time globally like any travel system that exists out there. But KSA ministry of Hajj decided to take a route that's not at all scalable for some reason. Either contractual behind the curtains business, or someone knows someone somewhere and decided to force this software development to be handed over to a failure outcome.

I thought I was the only one being stressed with this website, I have register and added my husband who have UK passport but we trying to book from Ireland they keep asking for resident permit, if i say no for residentid they kept rejecting his application sayi so many thingsthat doesn't make sense at all. I emailed them so many time but not helpful and now same email kept coming back.

Really it shouldn't be this hard to book

Horrendous platform!!!!! . They should be ashamed. Incompetent and weak software designed by 3rd rate engineers. This makes Hajj a burden instead of a pleasure. SCRAP Nusuk please.

I was fortunate enough to finally make a booking for Rawda EVENTUALLY. The system is rubbish and really let's people down. The staff on site are rude as hell and nobody wants to help. They separate children from their parents and shove disabled people around like we are not human. Saudi needs to get their act together and teach their people on how to provide customer service. What a shambles.

Tried to book Rawdah though the app and it’s totally unworkable. They release appointments daily every half hour for a couple of minutes. The appointments released are always in red so ‘heavy crowd’. If you manage to click on a red slot and it doesn’t flag ‘There is no capacity’, you’ll be asked to verify via word captcha which is impossible to get right because you can’t distinguish some of the letters from small case and upper case. The amount of time wasted trying to secure an appointment is not only a full time job but soul destroying.

Please do better. So many people will only get one opportunity to visit, the aim should be to make it easy for all and for you to experience Makkah and Madinah to it’s fullest.

Nusuk do not answer your questions. They are very rude and disrespectful, unprofessional. Im sick of them.

Nusuk platform is very unstable and uncapable to store profiles and providing service. The Server often goes down and can’t recover saved profile. My profile just disappeared and the support team not teling me the trouth.

Worst company i have dealt with, DO NOT USE. Been 4 months and i am still waiting for my refund, customer advisers speak poor English and cant understand what you say, all they say is to email and make a ticket which i have done 50+ times, nightmare of a company

Don't use this platform to book for Hajj. They're a bunch of scammers who haven't refunded my money that I sent them for hajj. They keep saying oh we're working tirelessly to return your money. It's been 4 months and haven't received a dollar back. I've called them many many times and emailed me over 100 times and they keep saying the same garbage boiler plate message that they use on everyone.

I was bit upset about not able to log into my account, as soon as I contacted customer service, my app issues were sorted very quickly.
Happy to get booking in Rawdah.

Nightmare app. Designed to ruin your once in a lifetime trip to Madinah. And for the millions of old people who don't know how to turn on a smartphone, forget about navigate this (slow, error ridden) combination of bloated bureaucracy and draconian gatekeeping app. Well you can see them literally crying at the gate.

Nusuk Hajj platform is portal intended to serve Muslims in Americas Australia and Europe who want to perform pilgrimage which it’s going to take place late June this year. It used to be through local travel agencies in those countries. The whole process is very poorly organized and very stressful. For instance, if you want to navigate through available packages and selected one that might work for you it won’t go through simply because it is not available anymore. No timeline when the packages will be released. You need to spend so many hours every day for a week or two to secure a package if you were lucky. Definitely the packages are overpriced.

Worst website for booking hajj 2023.
First trying to book hajj but no confirmation when & what dates ,times booking in advance to plan holidays from work In United Kingdom.
Suddenly announced bookings with no warning or email to warn booking is started.
I got a message from third party that booking started.
I was trying to book but website too slow won’t upload.
Then next day one package is left to book.
Then a couple of days after website when down saying your country quota is full and won’t book.
Ok waited for a week then they start booking started again with no warning. GOOD JOB SAUDIS

Ok now try booking one package is booked already.
try another one no luck.
Try another expensive package got a bit luck this time but all went to payments.
Message came up said all seats for this package already booked. WOOOW Well Done SAUDIS Authorities!!!
U need a reward !!!

U should build a new airport closer to Mecca so pilgrims can be assisted easily.
Build new 100 story buildings hotel close to grand mosque so more tourists can experience hajj & Umra.

But if can’t do give it to private companies or even give it to Chinese they build hotels for you local new local big airport in Mecca like Dubai airport in a year time.

OF COURSE YOU WONT DO BECAUSE U R NOT INTERESTED.

YOU ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN ASSISTING BIG BOXING FIGHTS IN SAUDI ARABIA AND NEW CITIES IN TO ASSIST TOURISM.

Thiefs , they steal your money, never deal with them. You pay for package and then after they get the money and when you have small issue to fix they won't help you.

While it holds a great significant for millions of Muslims who are willing to perform pilgrimage, the website managed poorly with loads of bugs, payment issues and lack of transparency
