Alhamdulillah, I recently completed my Umrah and also visited Istanbul with this agency.
At first, I was confused about which agency to choose. Then I came across Hajj Umrah Hub USA and got in touch with Brother Meer. From the very beginning, he handled everything professionally and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
What I really appreciated was his care and responsibility—even while I was in Makkah, he kept checking in to make sure everything was going well.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience for me and my family. I truly appreciate their service and would highly recommend them to anyone planning Umrah or travel.

I worked with Asghar and this was my first experience with any tour/travel company. While I appreciate the amount of work Asghar put into getting me a good price (out of the other companies I was working with, this company provided the cheapest package) he did not communicate many things. For example, due to zelle limitations, I was offered the option to pay off the remaining balance the next day and was told the pricing would be reserved, it wasn't. I had to pay a difference and was told by Asghar that he put in some of his own money to cover the difference and I thought that was beyond unprofessional. I ended up speaking to his manager and he told me Asghar was new and probably needs some training, which is great but technically not my fault. While I was told everything will be booked right away, the train tickets were booked the day before my flight and since they were all sold out, I ended up missing Dhuhr and taking a late train. So bottom line, they have great potential but their staff needs to be able to answer calls, communicate clearly and lay out the fine details. I had to go through a whole day of back and forth with Asghar to be able to get a manager on the phone to resolve my issues, which I wish was made easier.

They are very professional and they do work like one of us. Fast response, good at work . specially Saif .
