Please someone write in here how to get a refund from them. The website will not work and the phone number they provide does not connect. Pls and Jazak Allah Khair .

The app is down for the majority of the time of booking. Not work well as well when it is not completely shut
All in all this app needs some serious investments and improvements

One star is too much, website does not work. They take youre money but on the day you can book hajj the website does not work. When you want youre money back they take 2,5% of it. This is the biggest scam ever. How can you take money if the website did not work proparly and you could not book a hajj??? This is not the first time. Few weeks a go was the same and last year also.

Based on reading recent reviews after my Umrah & Hajj trip, I would probably avoid paying any sort of money to this company. It does not seem worth the headache.

I rebooked my Rawda about 3 weeks before I flew out to Saudi Arabia. Couple days into my trip, I checked the app and noticed there was no confirmation of my Rawda. When calling, I was accused of cancelling my Rawda appointment. I most recently did not cancel this.

When trying to rebook, it is basically impossible. I would attempt to rebook almost every 20 minutes and each time a message would appear saying 'There is no enough capacity'.

Very disheartening that I was not able to complete my Rawda trip.

I called their office a few times, and fair enough they do answer but there is nothing they can help you with when it comes to booking Rawda.

I can’t begin to express how disappointed I am with their service. Their customer service, their website, their social media. Everything is a facade. This is my second year now that I have tried and tried. This year was worse than last. No improvements what so ever. They gaslight you. They obviously benefit from everyone’s 20% of refunds too and now second year they’ll have mine. Last year there was a phase 3 with many packages. This year most got sold out in phase 1. I don’t know who got the packages and how. Their website kept crashing. Server issues from their side. I logged into “public phase” it kept logging me into other accounts and showed me how much they have topped up. Many breaches of security in this app. Following this I received 2 spam emails about flight. Alhamdullilah I’m lucky enough to understand it was a scam.
I’ve logged in day in and day out. No luck. Today I log in and everything is finished no crumbs. How’s this possible. Why are we telling people one thing and not another. If only their service was as good as they’re paying that social media person who keeps uploading but doesn’t reply. So called only hajj provider. Hand it over to another gulf country like Qatar they’ll do better than your cheap service. So much revenue pumping into that country and you can’t afford to clean your streets and fix this website. Appalling. Don’t book with these. On the day of qiyamah they will answer for being a barrier to hajj and making so many people feel hurt and worthless. We’re just another refund they can profit on. Well I hope you use it to make your appalling site and company better. I couldn’t have been on time for every process this year. You lied and separated custom and public which caused me to lose my spot. It’s not always the decree of Allah. Sometimes it’s these money hungry companies who manipulate people into believing that they can provide a good service.

This platform needs a load of work to be performed to the expectations of Pilgrims. Wellahi it is so frustrating, I know in the old times agencies overpriced people but back then your booking is reserved for sure with Allah's will. This platform is a waste of time, efforts and money as you got charged 2,3% if you ask for a refund. Last Sunday, "they released packages" to choose and buy, the actual login to the account was a mayhem. Technical issues and more.
My suggestion is that the packages should be available from the time of the first registration. On a basis of first come first served.
I know a brother who purchased a package on the 9th February then two days later they said you place is not secure because the package reach its full capacity. Wa Allahi Haram, Wallahi Haram Alykoum.
And by the way, Muslims use this platform only, so my suggestion while answering people back for their inquiry, please please please, use Muslim greetings instead of HELLO AND WELCOME. THIS IS NOT AN AIRLINER. It might increase people's frustrations.

Franchement le "service client" si on peut l’appeler comme ça est vraiment nul, aucune assistance, message automatique, réponses tardive et hors sujet… le site internet on en parle meme pas…

Absolute trash app made to prevent people from doing Hajj & Umrah. Recently they have been requesting biometric data. So far all we are trying to do is set up our accounts for Hajj and there are a billion phases to go thru?? At this point I’m convinced the Saudi govt is using this app to steal from Muslims.

Another point to bring up is using the app for Rawdah. It’s like a lotto system. Imagine you are spending $$$$$ to come to do Umrah and visit Medina and cannot reserve at least days in advance. Ridiculous.

I cannot wait to see the downfall of Nusuk especially since they are making fake Apple Store reviews to keep the app on the App Store. I will make dua.

One off the worst website in the world . I would advise everyone to make complaint to their nearest Saudi embassy. If this people cannot run it ,they should past to some can do it. simple. Year after year nothing improved.

Slecht site, crashed veel. je moet ook 2,3% betalen voor storten van geld op de ewallet. Dit ben je ten alle tijden kwijt ook al kan je geen pakket bemachtigen. Kortom mafia praktijken. Ze kunnen beter gaan werken met reisbureau. Ze maken het nu voor moslims moeilijk om de Hadj te doen.

يجبرونك على دفع المبلغ قبل توفر الباقات ويوم تتوفر، الموقع يتعطل وبعدها يقولون لك انه لم يعد هناك مكان !!
ومن هنا تبدأ رحلتك لاسترجاع المبلغ المدفوع الذي يسحبون منه رسوم وضرائب !! يجب على الكل التوجه للسفارات السعودية للشكاية لانه ليس من المعقول التعامل بهاذه الطريقة مع فريضة الحج !!!

Zero stars.Disappointed. The website crashed about a million times. They take your money before you even get the package for Hajj. If they don't approve your application, they take 3% of your money. What is this scam? We already paid bank charges and conversion charges for currency exchange and they disapproved our application. They should take applications first and only the approved applications should money be taken from. The whole system is dysfunctional and I have had a terrible experience with this website. The Saudi government should involve itself, correct its mistakes, and take responsibility for its actions. This is a horrible website and if you're planning to go to Hajj don't go through Nusuk.

Now after.a year still have not got my money back
Tens of phone calls and emails
Still in vain

I have an appointment in rawda Rasool to paray two rakah.. kindly guide ur so called police where is actual Riaz ul jannah is...
On 15th carpet they hold one qafila of 50 60 ladies and from there call to exit and misguide this is whole Riaz ul jannah..
If u will not comprehend worshipper to stop ladies for taking permit... Allow only gents
