Hajj Nusuk Omdömen 

J’ai subi une perte de 770 € après avoir alimenté le portefeuille sur la plateforme NusukHajj. Malheureusement, je n’ai pas pu obtenir le package que je souhaitais, malgré mes démarches.

Face à cette situation, que je considère comme abusive, j’ai demandé un remboursement. À ce jour, aucune solution ne m’a été proposée, ce qui est inacceptable.
Boycotter cette maudite plateforme

Une arnaque assumée ! Seuls les prélèvements de la taxe sur les candidats au Hajj sont bien organisés! Pour tout le reste il n’y a personne au bout du fil, une organisation sourde et muette qui accepte l’argent de tous et qui vous prélèvent même si vous suivez la procédure à la lettre et qu’ils n’ont finalement plus de place.
La conséquence d’un monopole ou la satisfaction du client est le dernier de leurs soucis. (Car il n’y a pas d’alternative)
17700€ remboursés pour 19000€ déposés sur le compte nusuk (Pour un couple)
1300€ de perdus pour rien alors que c’est Nusuk qui n’est pas en mesure d’assurer les places…
Honteux au vu des milliards d’€ de ressources annuelles.
Ce n’est pourtant pas une question de moyens…Qu’il fassent vite appel à des professionnels du tourisme respectueux des clients et de l’humain.

Why would you accept millions of hajj application when you know Maca can not accommodate that number.
Why can't we leave the money on e-wallet for next hajj if the intention was not scam.
You are making more money on people's refund than the actual people who perform hajj.
Total scam.
£600 pounds lost in the process just for fee's you are thieves disguising as platform for hajj never experienced something like this even with الكفار.

Une catastrophe ce site alors que l'Arabie saoudite gagne plus de 6 milliards de dollars/an pour l'organisationde hajj. Plate-forme lente, bcp trop de bugs, aucune info valable, incompétence du call center, très mauvaise organisation. Il ne font payer 10000 euros pour 1 séjour de 2 semaines dont 5 jours sous des tentes.

NUSUK scammed Custom Package client.

Today when I went for phase 4, surprisingly i found NUSUK changed my Date of Birth on Flight booking page. ( even though in my account details I have the correct date of birth ). So the flight booking could not go through. I knew that Emirates does not cross check passport details & the entered data. So i change my flight from Qatar to Emirates. But nusuk didn't allow me to pick Emirates flight. The whole time it was showing error in Flight booking page.

Out of curiosity, when the sale finish I try to configure a custom package. Hurray !!! I find that my date of birth on flight booking is CORRECT now. This was a deliberate manipulation by NUSUK in collaboration with the group flight organiser so their client can process the package successfully.

Abu Ibrahim (from Al Bait Guest) was saying today very boastfully that "more than 300 group flight client successfully bought package compare to only 5 to 7 people manage to buy Custom Package". (go & read sura Hajj Verse 25 - see what Allah says about those who prevent people going to Masjid al Haram)

if anyone get stuck in the flight page- you might have the same issue. The Date of birth is so tiny font in flight booking page that you won't even notice it. (for my case only one digit was changed & i found it accidentally).

Un stress énorme et aucune garantie de place et bcp de perte d argent pour faire le change alors bravo il se remplisse bien les poches je sais pas envers Allah les compte seront lourd

I bought ticket from Nusuk's website to go back to Jeddah's Airport, my aiplane departure changed. so I tried to cancel my ticket or change my time. I called AlHaraim, they told me that I can't cancel or refund wtih them. I need to call you Nusuk, called you, spoke with "rude" girl, they will ask your nationality like if any national are superior to any other, (non islamic). she told that I can't get refund when I ask for reason, No explanation given. she said that she will send to complain department. even thought my departure was in 3 days. I had to buy another ticket. No reply since I left Mecca. , (that is haram). I paid 2 tickets. they experience at the train station was even worse. No free WIFI, I could not get my ticket up. also no stroller to carry my 2 bags, while i was taking the escalator, one of my big bag fell down. it hit someone at the leg. THANK GOD it was not big

Unethical and unislamic way to book Hajj with no regards to fairness and equality among Muslim

They approve your application but then you aren't told when packages are released to book. Prior to booking you have to load their wallet with money in advance. When eventually you go onto book it won't load and then when it does, no packages are available. Each time you have to keep emptying your basket when the transaction doesn't go through. This happened on custom and public packages. However, the worst thing and the scam is when it charges withdrawal fees of 2% collection fees and VAT is charged after 14 days have passed. On top of that Saudi VAT is 15%! That's 17% deducted for not being able to get a package and to get your money back?! So on the thousands you put in there imagine the loss. £1,700 kept by them on £10,000 for absolutely nothing!! How is this even justified. People save up thousands just to be able to go and then receive this kick in the teeth. Making a profit and mockery on something so sacred! Not pleased at all. May Allah put some sense into them and make it easy for us prospective Hajji's in sha Allah!!

Nusuk est un désastre sans nom.

Des heures et des heures à espérer une réservation pour le hajj de mes parents, mais IMPOSSIBLE. Pourtant l'application d'un % débiteur au retrait ne leur pose aucun problème et a bien été réalisée. Des centaines d'euros perdus pour rien.. A FUIR!!!!!

À disaster, this site, and the customer service have no reliable information. Just a money grab.
They are applying riba… up to 14 days your money will apply taxe because you keep your balance on Nusuk

Nusuk is money making platform
What a disgrace after you’re not getting your booking on Nusuk and it’s still charging 2.3% VAT it does not make sense
Mr have sold the product to the people and still charging cancellation fees or service fee that’s completely out of order and it’s not fair at all
The Hujj Ministry should go back to the old-fashioned
People try to save money to go for a Hujj and then Nusuk charging service fee without giving the hujjaj Any kind of service at all

Les quotas sont toujours atteints!
Aucune information valable. Aucune transparence sur lés frais (il n’y a pas de message à propos du montant des frais de retrait)
Frais de plus de 549€ pour la retrait d’un wallet de 8200€ donc 7%!!!
Combien de gens vont payer ces frais après une galère totale sur la plateforme de réservation??!!
Il faut constituer un collectif pour porter plainte à ces voleurs.
Les gens veulent accomplir leur cinquième pilier et eux en profitent

Nulle, nulle, nulle, déjà pour valider le dossier c'est les montagnes russes, ensuite le wallet une vraie arnaque des frais, des frais et toujours des frais plus de 500€ de frais, c'est un scandale et pas du tout Muslim les 2,5% sur les retraits du wallet surtout quand il n'y a plus de place à mina. Aucune humanité, aucune information nous sommes jeté comme dans un abattoir, 500€ pour moi c'est mon budget course pour une année.
Nusuk il faut vous réveiller et être beaucoup plus à l'écoute du pèlerin.
Le hajj chez nusuk c'est que flousse, flousse et flousse sur le pauvre dos du Muslim.

Pour en avoir fait l’expérience et m’avoir retrouvée à payer de gros montants en frais pour service non rendu, ce post est pour prévenir toute personne envisageant d’utiliser cette plateforme. Faites attention, lisez très attentivement les termes de référence de la plateforme Nusuk avant d’y déposer aucun sou.

En gros, ces termes dans leur version actuelle, l’absolvent de toute responsabilité que ce soit pour la protection de vos données personnelles ou pour garantir la qualité du service ou carrément l’offre du service lui-même. Le comble, c’est qu’ils afférent le droit de vous taxer sur tout montant retiré de la plateforme même lorsque vous êtes acculés à le faire suite à leur défaillance à offrir le service.
