Trying to load money into the nusk wallet, I have entered my correct number with the UK code and still not getting the OTP.
I GUESS ITS NOT MEANT TO BE.

Welcome to nusuk, the platform for the shaytan! Where do I begin with this chapter! So interest is haram, not for these crooks, they take 2.3% even if you can’t book a package when it comes to your refund! The customer service is ridiculously poor. They are literally reading off scripts and have no common sense, and when asked for speaking to a higher manager they completely refuse too! How can this platform even exist?! May on the day of judgement you guys be punished for stopping people to attend Hajj and complete their Islamic pillar! Please everyone do NOT use this platform and travel through other countries to travel to Hajj! How can you NUSEK team sleep at night! Close this platform and go back to agencies!

If I can give 0 stars I would. I can't even get passed the picture requirement, even though I did everything to match the spec. Their customer service is horrible, with no assistance or insight. It looks like they simply copy and paste their response. Based on the other reviews, looks like you're going to have to jump through this websites obstacle for the opportunity to fulfill your Deenl!!!!!!!

Absolutely abysmal website & app. It beggars belief that this is the key entry point & gate to Hajj application impacting potentially billions of those intending to make the journey.

The updates go from Verification to Unverified for no reason. The support is slow & often no help in moving progress forward. Photos rejected on the basis they "do not meet criteria" when they infact do.

The irony is THIS APP IS PREVENTING MILLIONS walking through the heaven gates of Baab Al Hajj ..if we can't get through this admin intensive, unintuative, unhelpful, lacking in user friendly , website!

On perd beaucoup de temps, on use notre temps pendant 4 mois à suivre des cours numériques et administratifs. Le Hajj perd de sa saveur. Il aura été plus simple de vendre les packages à des agences agréées en occident et nous fournir la liste de ces agences. Facilitez le din, ne le rendez pas difficile un pilier important.

Useless a official web! They earn a millions from hajj and umrah, tourist! But they don't even make it better their web. Very disappointed

I booked hermain train ticket through Nusk app, and my payment was deducted from my account but no ticket was given, and after a long time, still my payment isn't refunded.

I don't know how this platform and website still working. Poor website, poor customer service with no experience and knowledge of there own platform.
I will not recommend to anyone.

My mother’s visa application was unfortunately declined due to an incorrect claim that she is still in KSA since last Hajj. This is completely inaccurate, as she departed from Jeddah Airport and her passport was officially stamped upon exit.

It appears there is a mistake in your system that requires urgent correction, especially since she has already booked her flights and hotels. Any further delay would be extremely unfair to her situation.

We attempted to contact your customer service team, but unfortunately, their support was unhelpful and the attitude of the representatives was unprofessional. This is not the first time we have faced such treatment, and it requires serious attention. We also visited the Saudi Embassy in Cairo but did not receive the necessary assistance.

All official documents proving her departure from KSA are available and can be shared immediately. Kindly review this matter as a priority and resolve the error at the earliest.

Nusuk website should increase their technical sides. Service providers and their sub group leaders behavior was so bad. Food management was bad. Saudi airline seat arrangement was bad. Taxi drivers unnecessary charges high.

We got it in the 5th round and ended up paying for a luxury package but received a good hotel for Mecca and Medina but a garbage and far below average camp in Mina. No soap in washrooms no toilet paper there was poop in sinks where ppl do wudu. The food was absolutely awful. Better food served at refugee camps is what grandpa said! If you’re charging someone $28k to go to hajj at least offer edible options! We lived off of cookies for 3 nights not fair

On 27.01.2025 my registration to NUSUK to perform Hajj was successful and on 28.01.2025 the auditing process was also completed successfully. On 14.02.2025 an amount of SAR 30,000 was booked from my Credit Card by NUSUK, which amounted to 8,013.95 Euros. At this moment I was happy that I could finally perform Hajj. Unfortunately on 7.03.2025 a refund request notification was sent to me by NUSUK without any details and on 9.03.2025 an amount of 29,310 SAR was refunded to my Credit Card account. This amounted to 7,168.25 Euros. Altogether I suffered a loss of 845.70 Euros. I reported this matter to support staff of hajj.nusuk.sa and asked them for a reason why they had returned my money. They replied that they had deducted 2% processing costs plus the fluctuation in conversion rates. I sent them several emails asking for a reason why I could not go for Hajj but to this date I have not received any answer from them.

To book a hajj journey you must first send the money to the nusuk account.
Except that you don't know exactly how much the package costs, so you have to send more.
In the end, you inevitably find yourself in one of these situations:
1 : Package reserved but you have a "little" money to withdraw (could be much more if you are a familly)
2: No package reserved (because it goes too fast). In this case, you'll have AT LEAST $8k waiting to be reimbursed, from which you'll have to deduct 2.3% tax (riba for hajj??????).
AND YOU HAVE TO PRAY TO GET YOUR MONEY.
I've been waiting 2 months for my refund, still nothing.

I lost about 2.5k this year due to fees and currency conversions. Haven’t come across an organisation that makes you put money into an account before confirming tickets. So embarrassing that this is how muslims are acting this way. Making a prophet from the deen. Astagfirallah. Never again. May Allah forgive me for not performing hajj due to these thieves.

Impossible d'acheter les packs souhaités tant le site est saturé au moment des mises à disposition : ça rame, ça plante.. C'est une honte de demander d'envoyer notre argent alors qu'ils n'ont pas la capacité de satisfaire tout le monde et surtout que leur site n'est même pas en mesure de fonctionner normalement.
Finalement plus de la majorité des personnes sont dans l'incapacité de réserver.
Quand vient le moment de demander un remboursement, on découvre que les frais prélevés sont bien supérieurs aux 2,3 % annoncés. Résultat : plus de 1 500 € perdus pour deux personnes.

C'est tout simplement du vol !

Profiter de la foi et de la sincérité de ceux qui économisent parfois toute leur vie pour accomplir le pèlerinage est une honte. Je me demande vraiment qui est derrière cette plateforme ? car des musulmans sincères n’agiraient pas ainsi...

Vous paierez pour ces injustices devant Dieu.

Ne laissez pas cette entreprise détruire vos projets ! Nous avons passé un mois de ramadan dans le stress constant, à attendre sur le site jour et nuit pour espérer pouvoir réserver...
Cherchez une autre agence, si j'avais su avant je n'aurais JAMAIS fais confiance à NUSUK HAJJ.

Je vous invite à ne jamais passer par Nusuk. C’est une mafia organisée pour vous soutirer un maximum d’argent, même si vous n’allez pas au rage. Ils vont retenir une somme considérable. Ils prennent des frais et en plus de ça joue sur le taux de change. À la fin Vous risquez de menacer Hajj et en plus de ça de laisser beaucoup d’argent, je connais des frères qui ont perdu plus que 2500 €
Aucune possibilité de contestation aucune hotline, aucune possibilité de les joindre. Ils vous font perdre du temps

This post serves as a formal notice of my intent to pursue legal action regarding a financial discrepancy arising from a Hajj 2025 package booked through the Nusuk Hajj platform.
I completed all steps of the booking process up to step 9 and was awaiting the final step—“Review Itinerary”—when I was informed that all seats for Canadian pilgrims had been filled. It is important to note that the cancellation of my booking was not initiated by me, but by the platform itself.

Despite paying a total of CAD $10,317.81, I received only a partial refund of CAD $9,291.76, resulting in a shortfall of CAD $1,026.05.
I am currently considering a class action lawsuit and invite others who have experienced similar issues and were affected by similar cancellations or incomplete refunds. If this applies to you, please comment below or send me a direct message.

Very bad process. You have to deposit upfront, the package amount with an extra 2.3% fee, without even having bought the actual package yet which is completely controlled by Nusuk and not by you. When the sale period is over and you refund the not spended money back to your account, you have to wait a max of 45 days before you actual receive it back and pay again 2.3% fee.
