Requested refund on 03/2026 and still no final word on when I will get the refund. Not allowed to talk to supervisor or any one above the operator. Opening and closing tickets without resolving the issue. Feel free to share if you are going thru this

No Hajj no full refund but only deductions, disappointments and waste of time.

They are bad at solving problems, it has been over a year since we are trying to receive partial reimbursement but nothing.

I recently used the Nusuk platform to try and book Hajj, and while I appreciate the effort to modernise the process, my experience was quite frustrating.

I completed all the required steps, including document verification and funding my e-wallet, and I was able to select a package. From a user perspective, it looked like everything was ready to proceed.

However, I was unable to complete the booking because the package suddenly became unavailable without clear explanation.

One of the main challenges was the lack of clear communication about when bookings actually open. Being told to follow social media was not helpful in practice, as there was no precise or timely information. This made it feel like the process depended more on luck than preparation.

I believe the system would benefit from clearer communication, a fair queue system, and better transparency about availability.

Hajj is a very important journey, and many people prepare with sincerity and hope. A more transparent and structured system would greatly improve the experience for pilgrims.

Using hajj.nusuk.sa was an extremely unpleasant experience. I hope that the website is improved in the future, particularly as the website packages are super expensive!

Waiting for hours to choose a package that disappears for no reason .
The people that designed this need to be sacked .£12k for a package a rip off and total money making process for all those running the system.

I’m really disappointed with my experience using Nusuk. I was excited and fully prepared to go for Hajj, but unfortunately, it didn’t happen for us. What’s even more frustrating is how quickly the payment was taken, but when it came to a refund, I received a much smaller amount back.
I understand there are rules and policies in place, but the lack of transparency and the amount refunded felt unfair, especially after losing around £1500. This is a significant amount of money, and I feel they have cheated us by asking to top up the e wallet first
Overall, based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to read all the terms very carefully and look at multiple reviews before booking. I wouldn’t recommend relying on this platform without fully understanding the risks involved.

The worst treatment encountered by millions around the world just to say the least. The government needs to be invstigated as pilgrims are concerened is everything about profiteering from the pilgrims.

A shambles of a system where you pay in the tune of £12k per person costing a whopping £1k per day on some packages. Only to find that you are expected to sit by a PC for hours and hope if you were fortunate to secure a package. The stress of saving the money and to be played like robots is a disgrace beyond words. They need to change the whole system and not be money greedy as they are already a very wealthy counrty.

Très très mal organisé, le programme pas d’explication, y a personne avec qui on peut avoir des renseignements, t’as un programme a se débrouiller, toujours complet, même après trois à quatre mois c’est complet, il faut chaque jour se connecté et se mettre deux heures avant l’heure pour tenter ta chance, je ne suis pas le seul à être déçu de ce service mdr . Surtout pour les femmes j’espère qu’ils vont pas faire l Omra avec le service nesuk. Un programme qui bug souvent.

Nasuk had people waiting for next phase os sale but no updates weeks have gone by people are patiently waiting.

They play with my parent's Hajj like it's a videogame.

I wouldn’t even give this zero stars, because zero stars would be too generous. Nusuk is basically depression you pay for — like buying emotional turbulence in bulk. You think you’re signing up for a spiritual journey and instead you get a subscription to chaos, stress, and existential panic.

Step one: the group chats. Oh, the group chats. Imagine being trapped in a never-ending Zoom call where everyone is talking at once, nobody knows what’s going on, and the only agenda is “confuse the poor soul until they cry.” Men, women, agents, helpers, and that one random person who just joined to say “Salam everyone” every five seconds. It’s less Hajj prep, more like being dropped into a reality show called Survivor: WhatsApp Edition.

Step two: the hierarchy. Providers have agents. Agents have helpers. Helpers have helpers. It’s like Inception, but instead of dreams, it’s layers of people whose only skill is passing the stress down the chain. And the best part? Everyone makes money except you. Commissions everywhere. I’m convinced someone out there is getting paid to watch us suffer in real time.

Step three: the disappearing act. If you’re not selected? Abracadabra! Poof! Gone. The agents vanish. The helpers vanish. Even your last shred of hope vanishes. You’re left asking yourself, “Did they ever exist, or was I hallucinating?” Truly Olympic-level magic. David Copperfield would be jealous.

By the end, your spiritual journey has been replaced with an emotional bootcamp, a group therapy session you never signed up for, and a masterclass in frustration. You feel like you need a vacation from your Hajj planning before you even start Hajj.

Final advice: if you can, go with your dual nationality. Save your money, your sanity, and whatever is left of your soul after the Nusuk experience. And seriously… abolish Nusuk. It’s the only way to survive this modern-day horror comedy.

P.S. If someone tells you “Nusuk will help you spiritually,” just laugh and slowly back away while checking your bank account.

If there were an option to give this organization -10 stars, I would. They take advantage of Muslims’ desire to perform Hajj to steal their money. After unsuccessful applications, applicants are encouraged to keep their funds on the website through repeated promises of future package openings, allowing the organization to profit more from failed applications.

Failed applicants are misled into believing that new packages will open in the future, which encourages them to keep money in their e-wallets. What applicants are not made aware of is that withdrawal fees increase significantly over time, resulting in further financial loss for ordinary people. In the end, no new packages open—only more money is made by exploiting Muslims’ need to perform Hajj. This is the work of Shaitan, not a human being

It is a very complicated and unfair process. Firstly, not everyone is tech savvy enough, to make an account and wallet etc. The price of hajj is so extortionate from the UK, and you have to put the money in wallet before you get a package, which is not even guaranteed. If you're not lucky to be allocated a hajj package and want to withdraw your money ( it's a large amount), they charge 2.3% plus other fee. How can they justify that. I certainly am not happy with this theft system and im sure im not the only one. Not everyone is made of money and it's a huge sum of money for a lot of people. This scam needs to be looked into and stopped.

Avec les milliards qu'ils gerent, ils sont incapables de faire un site fonctionnel avec un minimum de fonctions. Pas de news letter, obligé de se renseigner seul pour savoir les dates d'ouverture et de validation.
