A terrible experience from start to finish. Avoid and pay a little more for a more trustworthy company.

Should've walked away as soon as they asked for the full payment before booking anything, but we carried on as they provided the best quote for our Umrah. Immediately after, it was a constant battle to get answers and confirmation for bookings.

It didn't help that the situation deteriorated in the middle east, but even then there was time to rearrange flights. However, the brother we were dealing with kept telling us in'shallah, for every question we had his answer was in'shallah. So we called Virgin Atlantic ourselves to get more information. In the end we lost two day in Makkah because Al Habib Travels were being reactive rather than proactive with the situation. Furthermore, they did the same for the return flight and we had to book another night in a hotel, costing us £100 and a lot of stress.

Alhamdulilah al habib gave me and my mum the experience of doing umrah comfortably with great service. I’m super thankful and would recommend them to all. May Allah bless their business and give them baraqah ameen. It was swift, affordable and again the best service !

We are so happy that we chose al Habib travel for our spiritual journey. It was our first umrah and we were so confused but our facilitator Mr. Hanzala was great. He was in touch throughout the whole process and explained everything so well that we did our umrah without any issues. Tickets booking was a big issue because of the war situation in the region but he managed everything so well. Highly recommended.

They do not care about their clients, you will be left stranded if anything happens they will not be able to buy tickets for you to be safe from harm. And they will not try to get compensation for you if said tickets are cancelled. Most of the reviews are not genuine and they constantly ask for a review to boost their company but when it comes to real problems they will not help you out.

I was looking for Umrah package with onward travel to Pakistan for a group of 5 people. Brother Usama went out of his way to find me reasonably priced package with accomodation close to mosques. Although I did not commit or traveled with Al Habib Travels, my initial impressions were good due to brother Usama' helpful and pleasant nature. Thank you.

i wanted to go umrah but i didnt have the chance but my helper his name was Faisal he gave me great service and although i didnt go he helped me alot with cheap tickets and good information about umrah.

Our experience with Al habib travel has been excellent Allahmdulilah with the help of brother Nouman our umrah has been very memorable we are very grateful for this experience and his help.

I had spoken with Muhammed Ejaz at Al Habib Travel and it was great. He explained to me the prices chart of the whole package and when it increases and decreases. The service is great as he was patient and supportive.

With al habib my experience .
Booking my flight was easy and noman and sonia not only explain but catered the package to excatly what i required .
The price was cheap and including everything i needed to not only support me as it was my first umrah but also helped with ensuring the package was also catered around taking my mum who is severly disable
Even when my flight was delayed to adverse weather both sonia and normad were in contact with me several time daily ensuring and supporting me thru all the issues .
Abd when i reach my destination again they were with me making sure the transport .the guide were all in place to help me perform my umrah.
I would highly recommend if you are performing umrah even if it is not your 1st . Get in contact with normad or sonia thru al habib travel .
I will defintely be using them again .

Recently i had issues with an agent and I wrote a review.but the review was about the agent not AL Habib, the company agent Rehaan contacted me and was apologetic and compansate me, it was not about the money or anything else! Mr Usama was very helpful in looking for a package for umra oackage in October inshallah if all goes well shall be going
I have used Alhabib travel last year it was an experience so this time I asked for a umra package tailor-made for my requirements rather than a normal/standard package
