Green Commute Initiative Omdömen 

GCI Team helped me and my employer understanding the scheme. No limit on the bicycle prompted me to go for eMTB instead of an electric motorcycle. Bicycles have advantage of green/cycle lanes in and around London and electric m/c can't. I am pleased with GCI service and patience in dealing with me during this difficult pandemic times.

Great Experience...
First time doing this whole cycle-to-work scheme and to be honest at first I was worried It would be complicated or would have to involve 1001 people to get it done.
It was super easy, straight to the point less than a week and my bike is been ordered and all is sorted.

Great experience with these guys from start to finish. They’re very knowledgeable and helpful every time I called. They even remembered to give me a call to let me know they’d sent something through as they were aware i was keen to get my bike. It always makes such a difference when people take the time with you and make what could be a frustrating process very pleasant!

As I am Glaswegian, but have been asked to leave out offensive words, all I will say is that I could not be happier with the friendly, seamless service that GCi provides. So easy to do, so much choice, I could not be happier. Thank you!

Worked with a gentleman named Stephen and he was extremely helpful. He explained the scheme perfectly, responded within minutes from receiving messages and questions and we managed to get everything wrapped up in a couple of days.

Green Commute Initiative is a fantastic scheme for employees and employers alike. Easy to use and a fantastic work benefit. Unlike many Ride 2 Work schemes, there's a huge selection of bike shops to use, and no limit on the price you can pay. I've also managed to get my local bike shop onto the scheme, so it's an ever-growing network.

Family straightforward procedure in terms of ordering my Canyon bike. There were a few little questions that I had along the way in terms of the process of the order but any queries I did have were promptly solved via email.

Amazing service very tentative and great customer service. I would definitely recommend using this service if you are thinking of buying a bike through a cycle to work scheme.

Brilliant Scheme!

We only have 1 employee using the scheme, but GCI were so fast to process the application for a CANYON bike it was seamless.

Excellent service, very straightforward and super speedy! Very grateful to have been able to get a Canyon bike through GCI - the only cycle scheme that Canyon deal with. My employer was going to launch a scheme with another cycle to work provider but I went to them asking if I could get my bike using the instant GCI scheme as their scheme didn't offer such a wide choice (including Canyon!). My employer looked into GCI and not only did they allow me to use instant GCI, they decided to drop the original cycle to work scheme plan and are now going to be exclusively using GCI. Big thanks GCI!!

I can't fault the experience of buying a cycle via GCI. The scheme covers a much wider range of suppliers than many of the others. Buying my bike was a frictionless experience.

Having never used a Cycle To Work scheme before I was a little apprehensive going forward. I saw lots of positive reviews of GCI and I can see why, pretty straight forward and excellent for a new bike purchase. I did confuse myself after signing everything, however Jasmine from their support team has been fantastic. What was probably silly questions by my lack of understanding, was met with excellent service and an absolute confidence boost that this company is there to assist even after contracts finalised :)

I cannot be more impressed with GCI. The Instant application was just that - 'Instant' As soon as the online forms are filled in and sent off, you get a response in less than a minute.
I really cant speak highly enough about the process. Absolutely brilliant !

Really impressed at the speed and efficiency. Turned round in 24 hours. Excellent service!

Great service- rapid response to emails and also helped liase with the provider & work when changes in the order needed to be made. Also works out a lot better than the Cycle Scheme (i.e. no upper limit, spread out over a period of time!)

After a nightmare experience with Evans cycles (now owned by Sports Direct) with numerous delays (latest date is Jan 2020 after a promise for early August) i spoken to Freya at GCI who advised that if i could source an alternative bike elsewhere, she would be able to switch the voucher.

Some sort of miracle led to me to finding a bike at GIANT, who had a cancelled order bike arrive that day.

The GCI Team, within 15 mins, had authorised my revised application and the following morning issued the Voucher.
