I asked to cancel the order and the supplier refused to do so, even though it is in their refund policy.
Wheels don’t work very well only turns on one side the box. Also very loud while moving, if you don’t want to draw attention and also want the possibility of fitting into most vehicles, don’t recommend. Also the wheel storage is an afterthought, simply held by velcros.

Hello Efrain. It’s disappointing you felt the need to leave a one-star review, especially after the communications exchanged via email and WhatsApp prior to this. For clarity, here are the points you mention addressed directly.
On the cancellation: our refund policy covers returns of unused boxes, and we remain happy to honour that. We also have a limited lifetime warranty on all our boxes. The reason we encouraged you not to cancel was that the issue - in this case reduced handlebar rotation - occurred after your bike was serviced subsequent to purchase of your box. Prior to ordering, you confirmed your bars rotated the full 101 degrees required for our Ventoux bike box. The reduction in rotation and the subsequent issues with you fitting your bike into the box were caused by the shortened brake brake hoses fitted by your local bike shop during that service, and not a fault or issue with the box. The box order itself was correctly specified for your bike. With no error in the box order, construction, or delivery, and a straightforward fix available to you via your bike shop who incorrectly fitted your hoses, a refund was not something we were able to offer at that point. As discussed at the time, the brake hose error by your bike shop is potentially dangerous for you - any strain on these hoses could weaken them and lead to catastrophic failure.
On the box wheels: one set castors freely and one set is fixed. This is an intentional design that gives you easy manoeuvrability while maintaining directional control. As described in our packing videos, the box needs to be pulled from the end with the casting wheels.
On vehicle fitment: the Ventoux box you ordered fits comfortably in all wagons, SUVs, and larger hatchbacks. We have a blog post on our website outlining fitment in cars, and examples of people with boxes in their cars on Instagram.
On wheel bags: the velcro closures are on the wheel bags themselves, for wrapping around the wheel. Inside the box, the wheels are held securely in place by velcro tethers that attach to the base of the box. As with all bikes boxes, there will be some movement, but certainly nothing deleterious. Extremely Late Shipping – Missed My Trip
I ordered a bike box well in advance to make sure it would arrive on time for my trip. Unfortunately, the item was shipped extremely late and only dispatched at very short notice.
As a result, it did not arrive in time, and I was unable to take my bike with me as planned. This caused significant inconvenience and completely disrupted my travel plans.
Very disappointing experience, especially considering the importance of timely delivery for travel-related equipment.
I hope the company improves their logistics and communication in the future.

Hi Chris. We understand the frustration caused by a box not arriving in time for a trip. Our records show that for your travel date of 2nd January, we dispatched your order on 19th December, which should have been ample time for you to receive the box.
Our policy is to only accept orders when we are certain the delivery can be made before the travel date stated at the time of booking. To ensure full visibility, we provide FedEx tracking details as soon as a booking is made, and FedEx also sends direct updates to keep customers informed of progress. Given the lead time provided here, we would like to look into the specifics of what happened once the box was with the courier.
