Shipping Purgatory
I placed the order on 3/31/2026. As of 4/10/2026, the package had encountered a “clearance delay”. Now, 4/22/2026, it is still in status “clearance delay”. Having paid 19.50 for shipping, I had expected to receive the package within a couple weeks at most. I’m beginning to suspect I’ll never see the items I purchased or recoup any of the money I spent. Bummer.

I’ve checked our system and can’t see any contact from you before this review to flag the issue, otherwise we would have jumped on it sooner for you. Clearance delays can unfortunately happen with the courier from time to time, but we’ll always step in and get things sorted.
The team will be in touch with you very shortly to take a closer look at the shipment and make sure this is resolved properly. We would never leave you out of pocket like that.

Would give no stars. Feels very cheap and plastic. No breathable at all. Definitely not a good running jacked. Paid almost £5 for delivery and they wanted the same to return. Terrible. Will not be buying anything from Proviz again.

This jacket is one of our more entry level options and is designed as a straightforward waterproof layer rather than a high-performance running jacket. Because of that, it won’t have the same level of breathability or technical features you’d expect from higher-end styles built specifically for running.
If you’re looking for something suited to more intensive activity, we do offer more advanced options that use breathable fabrics and added ventilation for comfort during exercise.
In terms of returns, the fee helps cover processing and courier costs, which we keep as low as possible.
We appreciate the feedback and will continue working to make product positioning as clear as possible.
