What a horrible experience
What a horrible experience. The clothes didn't fit and I had to return them. Customers from Australia have to not only pay return postage but an import tax, even though parcel was clearly labelled "failed sale - returned merchandise." Company also deducted original postage price from my refund. Never again.

Thank you for your review and for taking the time to share your experience with us. I completely understand how frustrating this must have been and I'm truly sorry to hear it wasn't a good one. Having to cover unexpected import duties on a return is never a nice situation to be in and we completely get why that would leave a sour taste. We appreciate you shopping with us and we hope it hasn't put you off entirely. Have a good day.

LOVE the jacket
The order arrived in a timely fashion. The jacket was so so much better than I expected it to be. It’s extremely comfortable very reflective. Doesn’t make noise when you’re running and has pockets! I’ve been waiting for this for years! The headband is perfect. The wristband is fine and I love my glow-in-the-dark scrunchie. Love this stuff!

Running jacket arrived but wasn’t suitable. Collar rubbed neck and material and general feel was of poor quality.
Surprised that I had to pay more to return the item than I paid to have it sent out. £10 in total to try on a poor quality jacket and send back.

Thank you so much for giving us a go and we really do appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
We are genuinely sorry the jacket was not the right fit for you and that the collar caused some discomfort. That is never what we want to hear and we are sorry the experience did not reflect the quality we aim to deliver. We also understand that having to cover return costs on top of that is not ideal and we are sorry that added to the frustration. We do work hard to keep those costs as low as we can but we appreciate it still stings a little.
We really do hope you will give us another chance in the future as we have a wide range of styles and we are confident there is something in there that would work well for you.
Have a good day.

Unfortunately the very first time I…
Unfortunately the very first time I used the jacket on a wet evening, the rain, which wasn't so heavy, went straight through some sections, so I got home with clothes underneath really quite wet. I was most surprised by this with it having high scores of 10,000mm waterproof protection. The hi viz side of things is great, but a waterproof jacket costing quite a lot needs to be basically more waterproof than this. I am considering returning it.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and we are sorry to hear about your experience with the jacket.
That is certainly not what we would expect from a jacket with a 10,000mm waterproof rating and we would really like to look into this further for you. Please do get in touch with our team at customersupport@provizsports.com and we will take a closer look and advise on the best way forward.
Have a good day.

I ordered a reflective cycling jacket.
I ordered a jacket. It arrived. It fits. It’s what i wanted. I haven’t sent it back. I haven’t used the product yet so can’t comment on how good or poor it may be. I think it will be really good but can’t confirm that yet. It was a shopping experience without a shop. An expected experience. I gave five stars. I perhaps should have given fewer stars because 5stars may mislead the reader into thinking it was an extraordinary experience. Maybe I should have given fewer stars on account of the repeated requests to give feedback and write a review. Nonetheless I trust Proviz on account of having bought satisfactory products from them previously. I can’t tell you about the product as its in my wardrobe, labels attached, waiting for the appropriate climatic and light conditions to be worn in! If you buy the same product as I did, I hope you are satisfied and I trust your decision is not based on this review, but on your own research and protection from your statutory rights under UK legislation. Happy shopping.
