Unfortunately the very first time I…
Unfortunately the very first time I used the jacket on a wet evening, the rain, which wasn't so heavy, went straight through some sections, so I got home with clothes underneath really quite wet. I was most surprised by this with it having high scores of 10,000mm waterproof protection. The hi viz side of things is great, but a waterproof jacket costing quite a lot needs to be basically more waterproof than this. I am considering returning it.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and we are sorry to hear about your experience with the jacket.
That is certainly not what we would expect from a jacket with a 10,000mm waterproof rating and we would really like to look into this further for you. Please do get in touch with our team at customersupport@provizsports.com and we will take a closer look and advise on the best way forward.
Have a good day.

The product seems poorly made and is already showing significant signs of wear and tear after the first wash in cold. I'm giving it 2 stars however for the ease of the website, delivery, and tracking which were A*

I ordered a reflective cycling jacket.
I ordered a jacket. It arrived. It fits. It’s what i wanted. I haven’t sent it back. I haven’t used the product yet so can’t comment on how good or poor it may be. I think it will be really good but can’t confirm that yet. It was a shopping experience without a shop. An expected experience. I gave five stars. I perhaps should have given fewer stars because 5stars may mislead the reader into thinking it was an extraordinary experience. Maybe I should have given fewer stars on account of the repeated requests to give feedback and write a review. Nonetheless I trust Proviz on account of having bought satisfactory products from them previously. I can’t tell you about the product as its in my wardrobe, labels attached, waiting for the appropriate climatic and light conditions to be worn in! If you buy the same product as I did, I hope you are satisfied and I trust your decision is not based on this review, but on your own research and protection from your statutory rights under UK legislation. Happy shopping.

I love the pack
I love the pack. The only reason im not a five star is the zip feels a bit fragile, although it hasn't failed me yet

Great company to deal with
Great company to deal with. Easy online order, notifications of what was happening with my order as well as a tracking number. I purchased a birthday gift for my son. He was thrilled with the quality, fit and style of the reflective bike waterproof jacket. I hit a home run with my choice. I will browse there website next time I am looking for a gift. Good quality and I am pleased.

Highly visible and comfortable socks.
I bought some socks from Proviz and they are both highly visible and very comfortable. One pair are quite long and act as a semi-compression sock the others are a little shorter. The colours are super vibrant, my two favourites, pink and yellow.
The prices are reasonable and the delivery was quick. I’ll be using Proviz again.

Stylin!
Years ago, I purchased a vest and a jacket. The reflective quality of your products has always been great. But the cut of both was a little plain. The shirts I just bought (one for me, one for my son) have a more athletic fit and the sleeve length is great. The weight of the shirts is perfect for temperatures in the upper 50s to low 70s. Thank you.
