I was a bit doubtful buying clothing over the Internet as the sizes can be wrong or the material isn't good. However the running top was spot on, the right size and material, and it is well made,... Se mer

Stylin!
Years ago, I purchased a vest and a jacket. The reflective quality of your products has always been great. But the cut of both was a little plain. The shirts I just bought (one for me, one for my son) have a more athletic fit and the sleeve length is great. The weight of the shirts is perfect for temperatures in the upper 50s to low 70s. Thank you.

Good gilet but fades in the sun
I like the hi viz cycling gilet a lot. But sadly it fades quite quickly in the sun so it ends up being an annual purchase. A longer lasting product would be better but I wouldn’t ride on busy roads without hi viz.

We appreciate your feedback on our hi-viz cycling gilet. We understand your concern about the fading and the need for an annual replacement. We are always working to improve the longevity of our products.

Poor customer service.
I have many Proviz items and really like them. However, poor customer service. Having previously purchased a long sleeve top (and had to work out which was the bast size, ordering two and returning the incorrect one), a couple of years later I wanted to replace it. Bought the same size again and way bigger. Given the sizing had changed I asked for the hefty £8.95 exchange free to be refunded but refused. I accept paying return / exchange when purchasing first time and working out my size, but do not expect sizing to vastly change and have to pay it again. Very poor. Will not be burying from them again.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and we are sorry to hear about your experience.
We completely understand the frustration and we appreciate your loyalty as a long standing Proviz customer. Sizing can change over time as products are updated and we are sorry that was not made clearer. We do always recommend checking our size guide before placing an order, particularly if some time has passed since a previous purchase, as fit and sizing can vary between different versions of a product.
We are sorry we were unable to waive the exchange fee on this occasion and we hope you will give us another chance in the future.
Have a good day.

Not great quality but cheap
I purchased one of the high Viz backpacks and it arrived but I wasn't happy with the quality of the materials used. It doesn't look tough enough. Also I thought it did look cheap and a bit tacky.
So I started a return.
I paid £32 for the product and now have to pay £5 the return it. Not impressed.

Good gloves
Good gloves, slightly small for the size but still fit. Haven't tested in 'anger' as yet as winter was far too mild. Excellent [overseas] delivery times - better than some local deliveries!

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback regarding exchanges.
We are sorry that we are unable to offer exchanges to our Australian customers at this time and we completely understand how frustrating that must be. This is something we are actively working on and we genuinely hope to be able to offer international exchanges in the not too distant future.
In the meantime, you are more than welcome to return your item for a refund and place a new order for the size or style you need. If you need any help with that process please do not hesitate to get in touch with us at customersupport@provizsports.com and we will be happy to assist.
Have a good day.
Jacket arrived faster than I expected
Jacket arrived faster than I expected. The quality is very good, especially the zippers which are big and do not catch. The reflective fabric is VERY bright when light shines on it! (I wore it to work in the first light rain of the season and I was completely dry!) I feel ready for my Pacific Northwest bike commute in the coming dark days of fall and winter!

Hidden refund fee plus shipping cost me…
Hidden refund fee plus shipping cost me in me returning my item. The refund fee was not stated when I created the shipping label, and customer service didn't provide me the link to where the refund fee was stated. Refunds in 2026 should be easy and affordable. Warning to customers - if you need to return an item it will cost you!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
We do want to address this as the return fee is not hidden in any way. It is clearly displayed in our help centre prior to purchase, it is shown in the returns portal before you proceed, and you are required to actively accept the charges before a label is generated. Our team also communicated the costs to you directly via email throughout your correspondence with us.
We are sorry you feel this way but we do not feel this review accurately reflects the process and we are confident the information was available and communicated at every stage. We appreciate the feedback and we wish you a good day.
