Crazy bird jumper CB60 gives a smooth ride,Oh Gosh I love the brakes of this bike and good battery which has a display when charging .The compliments I get with this bike, damn.Honestly the bike is nicer in real life

The bike was incredibly well packaged and delivered within 3 days of the order - I was expecting a longer lead time, she was thrilled by this. I ordered the mudguard and luggage rack with the bike and these arrived separately a day later.

This is my fist e-bike build and couldn’t have been more straight forward. I decided after a few days to add the thumb throttle to the handle bars, which was also fairly easy - all the connectors are colour coded, the throttle wire was in the loom wrapping terminated with a blank end.

Assembly is little more than removing all the packaging (it is incredibly well packaged!) and fitting the front wheel, bolting the handlebar in place and putting the seat in.

It is a very responsive ride in pedal assist and is a great bike to ride. Comfy and smooth. I’ve added chain wax and lubricated the front hub and gears. Mine has the vertical screen and 5 way control for pedal assist, info and the all new large headlight - that is amazingly bright! It also came with a great rear flasher under the seat.

I’ve yet to run the battery down to zero, but have happily gone 25-30 miles with no obvious tail off in power. I’ve put it in power assist 5 and just gone. It’s easy to pedal and maintain 16-20mph with little effort.

It looks amazing with a metallic green frame - chunky and futuristic in its stance. I love it! The front light is super bright - car standard and really helps spotting pot holes on the ride home as the nights are drawing in.

No rattles, bangs or rumbles. The power assist is almost silent. The fat tyres make a satisfying whoosh as you cycle along.

The bike arrived extremely well packaged, and the courier service was excellent, keeping us updated throughout the delivery day.Assembly was straightforward by following the supplied instructions and video guide. The onboard computer took a little time to understand due to the number of available options, but the Crazybird team quickly sent us a link to the manual, which explained everything clearly.The bike itself is fantastic. It's for my wife, who wanted something simple and easy to use, and she finds both the gears and the display very user-friendly. We've managed around 50 miles on a single charge, which is impressive considering we ride in West Wales with its many steep hills.The saddle is comfortable, providing a smooth ride, and the motor assistance on climbs is excellent. Even on the steepest hills, we rarely need to use the highest power settings. The front light is very effective, even on dark, unlit roads, and the rear light was a welcome bonus.Overall, we're extremely happy with the bike. We've added a suspension seatpost for even greater comfort and may fit mudguards in the future. My only minor criticism is that it would be nice to have the option of purchasing the bike without the rear rack.Highly recommended.

If a cadence sensor is right for you, go ahead. I bought the Seta model and the cadence sensing is awful. You can’t control power delivery, it’s all or nothing. For smooth proportional power delivery you need torque sensing. Such a shame, the rest of the bike is great, just dreadful to ride. No refunding “ caveat emptor”!!

The bike has been excellent so far and i have to say customer service has been brilliant. Replaced my brake pad when it went, and my keys when i lost them. 6 months in and very happy.

I've had the bike, Crazybird Jumper, for three months now and it has been a reliable daily commute. I ride 8 miles each way and charge the bike every three days. It has good power up the hills when needed and cruises along nicely. My only gripe would be it's weight, it is a heavy bike at 40kg. Fine while wheeling around but I live on a first floor flat so heavy on the stairs.

Other than that it has been amazing and customer services couldn't be any more helpful when ordering a replacement battery cover.

I will definitely be buying another bike from Crazybird in the future.

After searching a few different makes e-bikes,decided on crazybird seta after watching numerous videos.Really glad I chose them,bike came within the delivery schedule,well packaged,all the tools to build ( which was really easy with the help of the very clear instructions in hand book) bike is really comfortable to ride and brakes and gears very responsive.Crazybird customer service really quick to help with any questions you have ( my first ebike so I had few) .If your looking for an affordable,reliable bike ,look no further

Had the jumper cb60 for a few months now did over 500 miles and had no problems what so ever great bikes and excellent customer service!!

Bike what I order first disappear during transport , not crazybirdbike fault, but. They resend very fast another, amazing customer service, they very helpful, going in and back to work is just perfect, 3,6 m each way and batter stay on 3 days cycling on power 3 on throttle battery stay around 20 miles. But yea I do recommend for sure. Adam ;)

My new bike arrived with discolouration on the frame, but Lola from customer support handled the issue brilliantly. She quickly provided a touch-up pen and a free gift as a courtesy. Really impressed with how responsive and helpful she was!

waited to write a review till I had ridden the bike a bit, love it, there are plus and minus with this bike, the negatives are the tyres are a bit too large and make it hard work to pedal when not using electric, once you turn on the electric its away, going up some fairly long and steep hills it just kept powering on and did not stop, brakes are not the best but I have been brought up on v brakes or hydraulic brakes, and at 6 foot and 100 kg coming down a steep hill you really had to pull the lever to bring it to a stop, this may get better once used more and the newness has worn off, on the plus side the battery is powerful, on a 30 mile ride it only dropped one bar, if there is a down side its the fact that its 0 or 15 mph, there is no in between but this is most electric bikes I have ridden, it is a heavy bike but this is mentioned on the brief before you buy, I did receive a lot of e mails regarding my order and delivery which I thought was a bit overkill but you can never be too informed, it arrived when stated and was easy to put together , would I buy another? yes definitely, once you get used to the big front tyre it a great bike that will take you anywhere, even the wife wants one now!

The bike itself is 100% the down side is tyres like paper my wife been out twice on it two punctures with in 50 miles I got cb60 same 100% on frame could do with upgraded on tyres just got puncture on mine so not good

I've got two Crazybird bikes, a Jumper and a CU7 and am thrilled with both. The Jumper was a great workhorse for commuting and exploring but i wanted something more compact for shorter distances and so a folding bike was needed. The CU7 is great for that. I use it for work every day and often go for 20 mile rides in the country. At 125kg I was happy with the range at a nice steady 18mph.

I've had to speak to support via Whatsapp a few times and they have always been really helpful. I'm now looking to buy my third Crazybird bike as my kids use mine too often

Very good crazy bird ebike I ordered,and the customer service was brilliant,il be telling my friends and family how super service it his so thanks again.

The bike it's self is grate only it arrived with a dent in the wheel rim.
I contacted crazy bird costomer service twice and got zero response, read some more of other reviews, ref costomer service & it seems to be the same old story, they don't respond or solve the problem, so ber that in mind but the bike is good the probs seem to lie with delivery & c/service., shame they cannot get that part right. Cost me £100 to fix. Not happy about that.

We bought 2 CU7 ebikes to take in our campervan so we had transport when we're away. These bikes are perfect, we love them. Had a couple of issues using the digital LCD screen but Lola in Customer service got back to us really quickly and explained what to do , she even sent us a video on how to resolve one of the issues which was great. Would highly recommend these ebikes.
