Crazybirdbike Omdömen

Over all quite good, BUT!, the let down was a scraped front wheel and the rear carrier bolts were cross threaded, fender rods bent, alloy pedals listed got plastic, possibly just a Friday afternoon build and bung in a box 🫤, I assembled the bike and did 1.5 mile test ride as the weather turned heavy, seat dropped clamp feels week, and the front forks feel suspicious and I will probably swap them out for better quality.

Very good ebike, good communication with service, thanks

Bike deliverd within days and very easy to assemble.
I've never owned an electric bike before but absolutely love this one. Plenty of power to get up the hills and very comfy to ride. Easy to use both on pavement and tracks. I'm 70 years old and really enjoying getting out and back into cycling. Really pleased with my purchase.
Customer service has been great, quick to respond and very helpful.
Many thanks. Andrew

After some research on electric bikes I decided to purchase a crazybird CB60 as this best suited my needs and it turned out to be the right decision , great bike came very quick easy to build up
However after a couple of months the charger developed an issue , so I contacted customer service (Lola ) and was very pleased to say there quick response and solution to the matter was first class
So much so we are buying my wife a crazybird bike

A very happy customer

Owned a Crazybird Seta e-bike for around 2 years or around 1500 miles now, and it has been a safe, dependable and reliable way for me to get to work, as well as a willing partner in light off-road and gravel adventures.

My most recent order was for some spare parts, which were delivered quickly and economically.

I would absolutely recommend Crazybird for all your e-bike needs.

Bought the jumper step through loving the bike, great customer service didn't get the throttle in the box but they sent one out straight away, looking forward to plenty of adventures on this bike.

Super helpful when I sent email I purchased control panel and im really happy with it

The service from these guys was first class on the delivery.
I changed my mind on the bike after it was dispatch and they sorted it no quibble.
Thanks guys

Great price and so far great bike. Got a friend you help with assembly as he has 1st hand experience of building ebikes.
For my 1st ebike I'm more than pleased with it. Long may that continue.
Delivered promptly by FedEx

This was my first time with an ebikes and also the first time of ordering a bike "untested" without even seeing a physical bike. The experience couldn't have gone better, delivery was speedy and I was kept up to date all the time with the progress of my order.
When it arrived I was pleasantly surprised with how well it was packaged and prepared ready for installation. It was straightforward to build and was up and cycling within the time it took the battery to charge.
The build quality is fantastic and the features of the bike outstanding.
All in all a brilliant experience and I would recommend this company to anyone.

The company dispatched my bike in very good time and it arrived very well packaged. We had some queries over the thumb throttle and they were very prompt to answer our emails and to mail a be one out.

Fantastic service when buying, contact great all the way through. Especially like the WhatsApp service.
Bike arrived very well packed with no damage and everything there. Absolutely love my new SETA - thank you Crazybird!!!!

really good experience with order and delivery the bikes are great but I should've probably ordered the 250W rather than the 750W as it is a heavy bike and I think the large battery makes it even heavier and not sure I need that extra power especially as bikes are limited to 15mph.

We ordered the 2 bike Crazybird Jumper combo at a great price . Green and orange in colour. We are an active couple in our late 60s and in less than 3 weeks we have done over 100miles on canal tracks and on road . I am 5 feet 4inches and my husband Terry is 6 feet 1 inches and the bikes are just amazing and so much fun for both of us. We have experienced lots of bike envy and would recommend these bikes for the style, comfort and they are so easy to ride .

Service sorted my issue quickly , responded within hours from email with solutions . Apart of quick fix great bike .

This was first e/bike I have brought it arrived very fast packing was perfect it was simple to put together I had a smell problem whith the twist throttle contacte crazybird and whith in 30 minutes it was sorted wood recommended this company nick

Slightly concerning how cheap the Crazybird Jumper was compared to other comparable spec'd bikes, but after a month of use it's working really well.
The pedal started clicking (like most new bikes, had basic poly pedals) and I figured it was a bearing. Contacted customer support with 1 quick email and Lola H. from Customer Support responded confirming they would send out a replacement straight away.
Can't fault that!
Otherwise, the bike is well spec'd, fairly simple to put together from the box, and rides really well. The chunky tires are so comfortable and grippy to ride with, I race across the bumps faster than I would on my old mountain bike.

I wanted a replacement for my old e-bike, my main purpose is mainly commuting so chose the Crazybird CF10.
It arrived and few days later as advised, easy enough to assemble.....this travels smoothly on our pot holed, cracked & uneven scottish roads very well & has plenty of gusto on hills which i really admire.....only done 20 miles in a couple of days & the battery is still showing 5 bars......a great bike for the money.
