Ordered a bike off crazybird wanted clarity on something emails them thought it would take ages to get a reply if at all, Lola messaged back virtually straight away and within minutes answered my question.
A few emails back and forth amazing, next day delivery so excited to get my bike. Have not ridden a bike in many many years. Once set up out for a little ride to get used to it, took about 5 minutes to suss it out but AMAZING little bike.
Only 5’ 4” so got a 16 inch wheels and can put feet firmly on the floor when stopped. Love love love this bike, thank you Lola for all you r help much appreciated

The whole process off buying the bike and accessories was a dream from start to finish arrived very quickly had a problem with delivery off some accessories that I bought and the aftercare team were brilliant at sorting everything, bike great value for money , would highly recommend crazy bird

2 faulty bikes , want to return crazy bird are making this hard work , all I want is these faulty bikes collected and my money back , can only email , no phone calls , would say stay clear and buy from somewhere with a good customer service and a base 1st August purchase still stuck with these broken bikes , after my negative review they are sending boxes to return item , will update should this happen???

I have got the crazybird jumper, and it is an absolutely amazing bicycle, cant recommend it enough. Ideal for off road riding, but works really well on regular roads too. It has an unbelievably strong and long lasting battery! It effortlessly flies up even the steepest and most prolonged slopes and hills with no power fade whatsoever. Very smooth peddle assisted acceleration too. The large 4 inch tires massively softens bumps and vibrations on off road trails, greatly improving riding comfort, especially on your hands and arms. Just make sure to use the internet recommended tyre pressure for different road types to maximise the shock absorbing effects of the tyres. I use around 13 psi, and it works great on bumpy off road trails and normal roads. The company provided excellent customer service as well, a quick and efficient delivery and really helpful and responsive replies to all after purchase queries.

The company responds promptly when using whatsapp even though the time difference a repsond was always made. We did have a few issues with the bike but it was returned which crazybird arranged and collected and a new bike promptly sent out.

contacted craybird customer service after my bike stopped working suddenly . they suggested different reasons and things to do but nothing worked. I took the bike to a local specialist who told me it was probably due to a faulty display ( the thing that tells you the speed etc ..) . so I ordered a new display. crazy ird kept me well informed . I dropped a star as externally, they is nothing wrong with the display and I have only used the bike a out 9 times since I bought it 1.5 years ago. but I must admit the customer service is very responsive

Excellent from order to receipt, I wish more companies were as proactive as Crazybird! Absolutely highly recommend using them if you are looking for a new e-bike.

I bought a H5 fat tyre e-bike in green for my daughter. It was on sale at the time for £739, approximately £400 cheaper than normal. Initially I had issues with updates on when the bike was being delivered after being told that FedEx had received confirmation to pick it up. It was about a week with no communication, so I started emailing customer service, although I think it was in China, so there was a time difference regarding replies. Apparently this is a FedEx issue and not a Crazybird one. Although it was in stock from the UK, it still took 8 days for delivery. The bike was easy enough to set up (I previously bought the same style of bike from Cyrusher a couple of weeks before). You do get a decent set of hex keys, but you need a spanner as well for the wheels. Unfortunately there was a scratch on the headlight, but I'm just waiting for a replacement. The headlight works fine anyway. There was 12 miles on the bike when I received it, which was concerning, but after I contacted customer service, they reassured me it was test mileage in the factory. I've got no reason to doubt that, as the bike was absolutely mint. It has a cadence sensor on it, I prefer a torque sensor, but everyone is different. It rides very well, although a couple of gears could do with a bit of tweaking. Apart from these little niggles, I think the bike is worth the money and the customer service was good.

Im very impressed with the service and the bike i ordered (crazybird jumper) is lovely, got it as a step through in orange. Only thing is there was no throttle however after contacting them they are going to send one out to me. Customer service has been great.

Honestly the smoothest experience i had with an e bike shop, i got the cb4, 3 day delivery, easy to assemble, tons of settings, YES it does come with a throttle, unfortunately mine was faulty but got immediately replaced, factory support was very kind and helpful

Due to health issues riding a standard bike was becoming harder and harder but now with the help of the electric motor boost i can now enjoy getting out on my bike again.

I ordered the YU7 250w ebike and it arrived within 3 working days which was great. I had problems removing the battery and asked for assistance from customer service. I got a reply within a couple of hours and my query was resolved promptly. This is a really nice bike and a good price. I would highly recommend.

Ordered 2 jumper fat tyre bikes. They are really good, feels sturdy and the power is great going up hills.
The bag, rack and fenders feel good quality items.
Only issues we had was a bike got lost in transit, which took another 4 weeks arrive. And a part is faulty on mine but they are sending me a replacement part.
Only been out on them a few times, but all in all they are great bikes.

I purchased the Crazybird Step-through Jumper CB60, 750w, it arrived last week. Been out on it each day since. First was a 30 mile ride, mostly on the canal towpath with a huge hill to finish. Battery is still showing 4 bars out of 5. The motor is exceptional, as is the build quality. My previous bike was a 48v, 1000w rear hub motor and a 48v, 1000w battery. The Jumper, far exceeds in terms of power and battery longevity. I would highly recommend this bike, especially the step-through for the vertically challenge people like myself.

Purchased a crazybird jumper 250w green. Absolutely lovely bike quick delivery with good updates had a slight scratch on the rear frame which I photographed and sent to crazybird bikes which are giving me a partial refund for some expenses and a free bike helmet as promised,there customer service is WhatsApp so they usually reply in the early hours uk time as Hong Kong based. Overall I love my bike and would Purchase again from this company,they do need to add more mechanical videos on there website or YouTube as there's only a handful and they help with any quick fixes or repairs. Delivered on time and fully informed, packaged well and easily assembled.
Exceptionally good value.

Having had a bad experience from another retailer, I was a little worried about this purchase. However, I need not have worried. My Crazybird arrived really quickly.Although a bit tricky to put together, the instructions were detailed and clear. I haven't used it to commute yet, but I hope to next week. I had a test ride, and it has good power and for hills and the fat tyres were perfect for the rugged terrain. I think I'll be happy with my purchase, and the price was very reasonable too.

I bought the step over jumper during the offer. Extreamly great value for the money paid. Extreamly surprised how well the bike is in quality. Very easy to put together and tested the range. Very impressed with the speed it arrived. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of buying a great quality ebike.

I rarely leave reviews, but CrazyBike genuinely deserves five stars.
Before I even placed my order, Lola answered all of my questions quickly, professionally and honestly, giving me the confidence to choose the CU7 electric bike.
When my bike arrived, I discovered a manufacturing fault with the folding lock latch. Although it was disappointing to find an issue on a brand-new bike, Lola responded immediately, identified the problem and arranged a replacement without any hassle.
This is what outstanding customer service looks like. It’s easy to sell a product, but the real test is how a company supports its customers afterwards. CrazyBike exceeded my expectations, and Lola deserves special recognition for her professionalism, efficiency and excellent after-sales support.
Apart from this minor issue, I am extremely impressed with the CU7. It feels solid, well-built and offers excellent value for money. Thank you Lola, and the CrazyBike team for your excellent support.
