Crazybirdbike Omdömen 

After looking at reviews for several weeks, I settled on purchasing a Crazybike F16. I certainly wasn’t disappointed. It’s really comfortable and does everything I wanted it to do. Being new to buying an e-bike, I relied heavily on asking questions of their customer services. They were really supportive and made sure that I had the best bike for my needs.

Fantastic bike looks amazing rides really nice can't find any faults at all and crazybird company are the best would give 10 stars

Ordered my Jumper and it was delivered within 2 days. 2 people to carry it into my yard up lots of steps. Great service. Once I started to assemble it I realised why 2 people were needed to carry it. There is a lot more bike for my money than I expected. Assembly pretty straightforward, battery charge and away! Being a novice on e-bikes I didn't realise you get no electric assistance until you've pedalled a bit so took a little while to get going. Then all was well and the first hill sold the bike to me. Not really sure of the computer yet, will probably have to ask for assistance, but overall one hell of a bit of kit!

Crazybird customer service are great. Before I even bought my bike ( Jumper ) they answered questions with a competency expected only of the best service team. I asked technical questions and got detail explanations which guided me to the right bike for me.
Delivery updates were great and timely. They use a wonderful delivery company who also provided great comms and a 2 man delivery team who were professional.
Aftercare from the customer service team has also been great. Sorting me a part quickly and without fuss.
The bike itself is as promised, well made and goes like the clappers !

The Seta 250w was the best for me as there aren't many low stepover bikes with 26" wheels.
Delivery was quick and easy to put together.
I had to get Lola's help with a hiccup with the computer and she was very helpful and sent out the guides on the how tos.
This is my first 48v ebike and I find 2nd assist is sufficient, although l do feel the weight on hills. A good workout. So far so good.

Ordered my bike and it arrived within a few days. Well packaged, nothing damaged. Good price. Looks nice and easy to use. Not had a e-bike before so this is a first and so far think it’s fantastic. Still get exercise but with a bit of help going uphill. Only minor thing is the saddle - it’s not the comfiest so will be swapping for something more cushioned 😎

Ordering was straight forward and I was updated until the bikes turned up (quicker response than I expected). Purchased 2 x Jumpers (with cross bar) on the summer offer. A lot of bike for the money and bigger than expected. Good solid bikes; I just need to get a bike rack to support 30Kg (less Battery) bikes.

I received my crazybird jumper delivered just like they said in three day put it together charged the battery and went out for my first ride iam 63 year young now and managed 12 miles with ease it took me straight back to when I was a kid but with much more easy lovely bike and wonderful service so happy with my purchase and would recomend one to anybody

Needed to contact customer service due to a problem my son did, was very helpful and problem was solved quickly and effectively, quick response also, so far this purchase has been brilliant

After doing a bit of research i decided to go for the crazy bird jumper. Delivery was quick and on time,communication was good from the carrier.
Assembly was fairly easy,thanks to the good instruction booklet .
After charging the battery i took it for its first run ,everything worked as it should, it's fantastic how you can choose how much effort you want to put into the ride. No slope too steep to go up or down thanks to the excellent brakes.
The bike is perfect for road use but the front forks are sadly not up to the job off road.
Overall excellent value for the money, so much so that I bought another one.

Ordered the bike Wednesday and it arrived Friday. The bike is heavy however, I cycle the country roads which are hilly and it pulled really well. I am really happy with my new purchase

Excellent value for money and the bicycle is of very good quality considering the price with lots of added value features. The assembly instructions were a bit difficult for me - needed more detail and a commentary rather than silly music. It took me a while to get everything right but got there in the end. Instruction manual is generic and not for the H5 model so that could definitely be improved. First rides were exhilarating and very impressive.

Warranty work on my Jumber Crazybird is great. Parts arrived after a short time.
Bearing issues on the hub motor, but instead of new bearings, I received a new motor!!

The Crazybird Jumper has proven to be an excellent ebike. Lots of power and very robust build quality. Customer service was 5* they were able to resolve a very minor issue very quickly. Highly recomended.

I purchased a H5 the bike is amazing well-built very comfy goes like a rocket, I had a very slight issue with the bike, I contacted customer support, Lola was amazing responded back to me straight away, talked to the manufacture and sorted my problem instantly, highly recommend this company and there amazing after sales service.

3days after ordering my 2 Y6 folding e-bikes they arrived. Very easy to assemble as more or less assembled for you . Previous bikes have taken hours to assemble so that was great! Nice looking bikes although instructions could be better. Had an extra lever delivered along with the bike … not sure what they were for as nothing in the instructions but eventually found out that they were extra to add on for turning the bike into all electric. All in all very happy and at a decent price 👍

Got my 750w crazy bird jumper found the bike to be great but found that it had be changed you now don’t get any extra throttle grips with it as you once did and found that did not come the bigger screen but small one that does not have usb charger on it was disappointing .all so you will have to buy mud guards for front and back found it cheaper to get it form Amazon or eBay not crazy bird .but all said would buy one again yes great price for the money was every easy to put to together took me about 20 mins or so .
