Bad Customer Service/No response to e-mails
the customer service for returns is a joke. two weeks and still no answer. You are required to write an e-mail before you return your package within a week. it's been two weeks without an answer.

I finally received my loom
I finally received my loom. I am so use to dealing with other shippers that are faster. My fault or being so impatient it arrived in great condition. Small problem it did not have the needle in the small envelope.

Not clear enough with requirements
The quality of the wood itself is good, but this was not beginner friendly, despite what the description says. First, there was no clear indication of the fact that I would need a 75 inch table to make the scarf when I ordered the loom. What average person has a table that big just lying around? I live in an apartment and do not have some kind of craft workshop at the ready. Second, as an absolute beginner, it would be really nice to include descriptions for what all of the stuff is for. It just says that it includes two shuttles. Great, but what are they and how do I use them? I had to go find extra instructions on YouTube to find out. Third, the clamps are not even remotely worth $26. Buy some simple ones at a hardware store. I feel a little ripped off for what this is actually capable of doing or making in my setup.

Erreur d’envoi non réglé … argent pris et pas de kit
J’ai commandé un kit . Non seulement il y a eu une erreur d’envoi. Mais après de très nombreux e-mails je n’ai toujours pas reçu et je n’ai toujours pas reçu ce que jai commandé et payé. Très frustrant et je ne recommande pas cette company. Ils auraient du régler le problème tout de suite .
