Great tutorials and products
I've purchased a couple of times now and I really love their products, they are of good quality, sustainable and there is so much choice in colours and yarn. I love their tutorials, because they are easy to follow and you can apply them to your own project, get creative.

I am new to weaving
I am new to weaving, and this loom is a perfect start for me. I wanted to be able to take a project along with me on road trips and vacations. I don’t think this will fit into the limited space now permitted for a carry-on but otherwise I think it will do well.
It is easy to put together and sturdy but not too heavy.
I’m learning to use the heddle. It makes things go so much more quickly! I’m finding that it’s much easier to use turned one way than the other. I hope to figure that out soon.
I would like it if it came with a stand like the large and extra large looms. When I’m working with multiple different wefts at the same time I think having a stand would make it easier to keep things organized and tidy.
I would also have appreciated it if at checkout Canadian (and likely other) customers could be advised that payment of taxes and duties is required before delivery.
All in all I’m very pleased and excited to have such a lovely compact loom to start my weaving journey.

High quality loom and beautiful…
High quality loom and beautiful materials! The starter fiber kit I ordered was a great way to get started with weaving--the amount of material options out there can be overwhelming, so it was really helpful to start with a curated package. I got to try a lot of different materials, and they all look great together!
I ordered the XL loom and I love that it can be adapted for smaller projects as well. I haven't stopped weaving since it arrived!
I think it's a bit strange the amount of reviews that are frustrated by the 'lack of instructions' provided. Weaving is art, and there are so many ways to do it. Funem Studio provides high-quality tools and materials--I do not think it's inconvenient to source educational materials from YouTube. There's a lot of different inspiration out there, and it's worth getting to know different creators and different methods!
Now that I've been weaving for awhile, I can recognize that Funem's materials are really well-priced for how high quality they are. I just wish was located on the same continent so I could avoid the very far shipping distance, haha. Regardless, I do plan to place another order in the future.

The swift darning kit is great - but..
The swift darning kit is great, delivery was without problems. The only disadvantage: no instruction manual. Although you‘ll find a video on youtube explaining the process one item of the kit is not used in the video and so I still don‘t know what it is for.

No pattern or instructions
Loom arrived fine but I was not sent the PDF instructions for the kit I purchased. It's taken over a week for a response but I have now been sent the instructions and can now start my project.

Escroquerie et service client déplorable
J’ai eu une expérience déplorable avec Fūnem Studio. J’ai reçu une commande incomplète (Macrame Bag Kit - Rio) avec deux bobines de coton manquantes et sans les instructions. Malgré plusieurs emails et messages, mes réclamations ont été ignorées et aucune solution satisfaisante n’a été apportée. On m’avait promis l’envoi des articles manquants, mais aucun numéro de suivi ne m’a été fourni et je n’ai toujours rien reçu. Le service client est inexistant et très décevant. Je me sens trompée et ne recommande absolument pas cette entreprise.

Horrible experience
I made an order a month ago, paid 95 euros. A month later - no order, no response to my emails. FedEx lost my order and have been the worst delivery company I ever dealt with. They don't hire humans anymore. When you call them on the urgent matter phone number you get to talk to a robot that cannot help you. The email response they gave me - we have no information on your package and where it currently is.
I even tried contacting them via IG, they don't read their DMs, but keep posting stories and posts every other day. I would highly recommend to order similar equipment from another brand, plenty of options on Etsy.
I wasted my time and money, this has been a truly upsetting experience. You need to improve your Customer Support or you will lose your customers. And stay away from cheap and unreliable FedEx, consider more efficient delivery companies like DHL or DPD.
I want to get a refund or at least a new set dispatched to my home address.
